2018 Silverado engine malfunction light
Brandon got my vehicle back for service quickly while I waited in comfortable waiting area. They diagnosed the problem in short order, affected the necessary repair and had me on my way. Excellent experience and outcome.

Dropped car off for an oil change, noticed that neither...
Dropped car off for an oil change, noticed that neither break lights were coming on and asked them to look at that as well, told them it was probably a fuse. After looking at it they said all the bulbs were burnt all, all 6, I ask them if they were sure it was the bulbs they said yes. They changed the oil and replaced the bulbs, I went to pick the car up after after hours, checked the break lights and still didn't work.I left the car there and called them the next day. The service writer said they came on but wouldn't dim when you let of the break pedal. I told him to turn off the light and check and to check the fuse. He called back later and said the fuse was bad. They wanted to charge $110 for a service I didn't need because the technician didn't check the fuse first, just assumed all 6 break lights went out at the same time.
