Golden Circle

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased at Golden Circle and truly pleased with the whole process. Tom Markin was my sales rep both times and does an awesome job. Loving my new vehicle and would refer anyone to him and them..

Repeat customer

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Golden Circle in Jackson and I won't go anywhere else. Dusty, Kevin and all of the management team are honest, fair, knowledgable and very considerate of their customers needs! If they don't have the car you are looking for ... Be patient and they will find it! A pleasant buying experience and excellent service after the sale!! That's hard to find these days!!

Pricilla Romans, Best in Sales

Pricilla was recommended to me by a friend when I explained to them how hard it was to find a vehicle for our Grandmother. My Grandmother had specific wants and needs in a vehicle and as she was buying it she deserved the color, style and a good price that she wanted. Pricilla met our requests straight on, was knowledgable of her inventory, I didn't have to wait on information, she was kind and understanding. My grandmother is a shrewd ladybird good judge of Character, she was very pleased with Pricilla's service. I highly recommend her. I did notice she never stopped and was called on a lot to deal with customer issues and seemed unflappable no matter the situation.

Golden circle Ford

It took about twenty minutes to get my truck dropped off which seems too long.I thought I had a appointment but found out that is just to talk to the service writer.I got there at 7:30 thinking my truck would get in the shop early.I am in sales and work out if my vechile.I got the call at 11:40 to say the oil change tire rotation was done.I asked to check to see if roters need turning.They said they did and it would be ready around 4.I can't be down a whole day for something that should not take very long,especially since I thought I had a appointment at 7:30.They need to let people know they either take appointments or they do not take appointments.

2017 Escape purchase from Golden Circle Ford

Golden Circle team was attentive to our vehicle interest; focus stayed on customer expectations. Pricing was clear from beginning, with appropriate review of incentives and applicable rebate opportunity. Excellent staff interaction throughout purchase process, Terry S. answered all questions and provided great detail regarding the options included with the vehicle we purchased.

after sale lots of items didn't get passed on ,I went to get the oil changed in my truck and the agreement that was given to me on free oil changes wasn't in the system ...was a bit embarrassing ...then i get a call from a sales person a another dealership telling me I had been passed to them.. so thats confusing too.??????

Got my truck!

I got the vehicle I wanted, my rep, Dustyn worked hard to make it happen! I am so happy with my purchase, and my service from Dustyn. He was professional,, polite and thorough with the paper work. Another sales professional walked by the office while Dustyn was getting my paper work copied and asked me if i would like water. I expected a cup of water, got a ice cold bottle! . I love my truck and Dustyn was a great help to make it happen! They followed me home, its in my driveway, YEAH

Long time loyal customer

After the last 3 visits to the service department, been very displeased, took 3 times to fix what i call a very easy fix , then when talked to the service manger , he told me our conversation was useless , needless to say they lost my business after being a LONG time customer.
