Dealer disappointed experience
I purchased a jeep mojave from this dealer, 2months later still didn't receive my registration and license plate. Multiple calls been made, but all being "Transfer to our Managers" then hanged up. Even they said they will reach out to you as soon as they can, they will never do. very disappointed at this point and still waiting for my paperwork as they say they will handle it. I would like to see what their general managers would do any differences or the same as his/her team do which is ignoring their customers after the sale completed.

Lithia Santa Fe is a SCAM do not buy from this dealership. I was sold a 63,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that hardly works. Dealership washed their hands with my money and will not return my car. Car is only three months old. Manager was going to trade my car out only to find out I would loose my down payment and my equity on the car I initially traded in. I was not trading in my vehicle for pleasure. I was trading it in because car does not work. 63,000 dollars worth of SCAM!!!!!! I was trying to be patient and was willing to work with them to help me out but all they want is money and careless if your car works or not. LITHIA you've done me so wrong and I will make sure people are aware of your ugly money hungry deals. SERVICE TEAM: You guys are amazing and are the only ones who showed interest. I will not mention names because you already know who you are and I am as well.
Karina, I again apologize for the problems you have had with your new Jeep. We never want any customer with any new or preowned vehicle to have issues. I communicated to the Jeep Factory rep and thought their offers of making two payments and giving you 5% below invoice on any other vehicle was a fair option. If their was any other options available I would have definitely offered those to you. I hope you can get some resolution from Jeep as they are the ones who give the guarantee or warranty as they are the manufacturer of the vehicle. I regret hearing that you think we scammed you as that is not ever our intention with any customer. I wish you the best going forward and that you may reconsider including the manufacturer in your complaints online as I thought we tried in our best efforts to accommodate you with loaners and options to trade. Met with Mark Naranjo to test drive a Jeep Mojave.
Met with Mark Naranjo to test drive a Jeep Mojave. Told him that it was significantly low on gas. We then had to drive to a gas station and sat at the pump for 20 minutes waiting for Mark to return to the vehicle. At that point we had decided we would rather test drive a Willy’s. He was instant that we continue our test drive with the Mojave, without filling up with gas, so we did. On our return back to the dealership, we ran out of gas! A quarter of a mile away from the dealership Mark says to leave the vehicle and that we’ll walk back to the dealership. As we’re walking back, uphill, he starts asking about credit scores. Then flat out tells us that because of our scores that we will not qualify for a loan at all (credit score not that terrible!). This was an extremely uncomfortable situation and could’ve been completely avoidable. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone!

Lithia and their employees are coached to lie , they offer poor service. The service department manager is without a doubt a forgetful man that is not capable of running his department. Management will sell you a car but will not take care of your needs through service. I had worked with service only to ignored and offered a shuttle ride, explaining to them that I am not local to Santa Fe and I use my truck for work. On a shuttle with ATM parts and tools, how does that look pulling up to a bank.

Francisco, Me and my wife were proud and so happy that you guys sat down with us while we purchased and decided to go with extra coverage. You were motivated and seemed genuine. Taking the vehicle back for needed coverage I would have bought tires and or anyo needed. I could see that I needed tires, but the treatment was unbelievable. You guys have my number And we even went back and purchased a challenger, the old building but I see a lot has changed

This dealership false represents and are crooks. Mark Martinez is non responsive, gives false information and lies just to take your money. These crooks took a deposit on a jeep they stated was in transit but then would lie and say it’s still in transit and eventually stopped responding. They never produced the Jeep they sold me. Complete crooks, Jeep should pull their vehicles from them. DO NOT do business here.

parts guy "Mispoke" my part not in stock after all
I just blew an hour waiting here at Santa fe Lithia waiting for a drivers side broken visor that your parts guy said was in stock and when they pulled it into shop turned out it was Not in stock. Visor was cracked broken like that when we bought it so i had to tape it to ceiling very dangerous as it would fall in your face blocking view whilst driving down interstate
