Service Department performed excellently
The Maintenance work performed on my 2013 vehicle was excellent. I was given the opportunity to observe the work and inspect the condition of the fluids and parts that were replaced. I am very confident that my vehicle will perform excellently for another 60,000 miles. It presently has 130,236 miles.

Oil Change and Uconnect Update
I called for an appointment for an oil change and was given one immediately. Courteous and personal service person/manager, nice waiting room with goodies, multi-point check list completed; I also had the Uconnect update done. Very reasonable price for my service. I will definitely go back for Jeep specific service and oil changes.

Oil Change
Oil changes take a little longer here than some other places, but they provide a detailed check-list of everything they have done and also have coffee, and sometimes donuts, available while you wait.

Fast and fairly pleasant experience.
The Salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. I would have been more likely to have awarded the overall experience as EXCELLENT had "someone" not LOST the title to my original trade-in, which I decided not to do. Everyone looked high and low without any luck. I had to go to the DMV and get a replacement. I am hopeful that the service will be as described. I have had issues with Lithia's Service department in the past. They jacked up the price after they gave me an estimate. I became SOOO distrustful of this SERVICE, that I found an independent garage that did a MARVELOUS job of caring for our vehicles...We have two JEEPS. The price was not a factor in my buying decision.

Lube and oil change service, TPMS sensor problem
Great team and great service!! I have bought from and continually get routine service preformed by the service team at lithia in Santa Fe. I always feel like they have been honest and do a great job on whatever I need done.

Great Service Department, Great prices on services.
The recent service on my Compass was excellent. In and out in about an hour. Service rep, Brenda, did an outstanding job. I even had time to take a test drive in a Cherokee (thank you Crystal). I' have owned 5 jeeps since 1996, and I plan to replace the current Compass with a new Cherokee next year.
