I take my truck to reprogram a module , but later on they

I take my truck to reprogram a module , but later on they call me to tell me that I need to do more repairs, I take to do one thing no to get a new engine, they just try to add on more unnecessary parts

Will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Sale went smoothly, but service after the sale sucks. Service department staff are rude and it seems like they don't care for customers.

Santa Fe Chevrolet has had my vehicle going on 8 weeks.

Santa Fe Chevrolet has had my vehicle going on 8 weeks. When Daniel was taking care of my claim he kept in contact with me letting me know the progress of my repairs but when Daniel.quit it was turned over to the Service Department. Victor has been my worst nightmare. Every time I call to see when I can expect my vehicle I get blown off The receptionist tells me he’s with customers & he never returns my calls. I honestly don’t believe Chevrolet cares about their customers who go to them for service otherwise Victor would no longer be there. Break Master has been more forthcoming with information about my vehicle. Daniel sent my vehicle to Brake Master for a problem they couldn’t take care of & that’s when Brake Master came into the picture. I am reporting Chevrolet to the BBB & hope they can help me get my vehicle back in working order.

Mike Martinez is an awesome salesman.

Mike Martinez is an awesome salesman. I was at Galles in Albuquerque where they advertised a price online, but different on the windshield. I called Mike, where he mentioned he had 14 in stock and disclosed the price. Driving the extra miles is really worth it. This is my 2nd car purchase in Santa Fe. Mike is my salesman for life!
