Car Serviced fuel injection (I believe)

My experience at Chevrolet of Santa Fe was very good. I was a little early for my appointment and I did not have to wait for my car to be serviced. Service completed on this day was completed in a timely manner.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. i spoke with the Service Manager and he suggested blowing out my windshield wiper washer line. They tried and when it didn't work, they charged my 200.00 for a diagnostic evaluation, When I asked to speak to the Service Manager I was informed he was out of town for the week. Go find another dealership! G. Lomax

DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This is the most crooked shop I have ever been to. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, they charged me $1400 and sent me on my way, but they fixed nothing. When I brought the car back the second time, Victor in service tried telling me there was a “miscommunication” and that he informed me nothing has been fixed the first time. Why would I have paid all that money for nothing?? There was no miscommunication because none of that information was communicated to me. So now I’m left hundreds of dollars out of pocket for an issue that was not resolved. Unbelievable. Go anywhere else but Chevy of Santa fe.

Amber Byers thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have reviewed your service ticket and cannot find any irregularities with it. You were charged for a new battery, an antenna, and some wire repairs that were caused by rodent damage. We also installed a new windshield at no charge to you for a water leaking problem. I understand that your vehicle was broken into at your house or elsewhere when you had possession of it, and we are sorry for you that that happened but taking your frustration out this way is probably not the right way to handle it. I understand that you have a 7-year-old vehicle with 126,000 miles on it and you will need to spend some money on upkeep and maintenance at this point. I hope going forward your new service shop will help you out and treat you as well as we have.

1) There wouldn't be any irregularities with my service ticket because it doesn't acknowledge that your shop failed to properly inform me that the issues I was complaining about were never fixed. 2) I did not ask you all to fix the battery, antenna, and wire repairs, I ASKED YOU TO FIX THE DOORS THAT WERE LOCKING AND UNLOCKING BY THEMSELVES, AND THE LEAK IN MY ROOF. You didn't fix either issue so I had to come back a second time, which was when your shop realized it was NOT the antenna that I was initially charged for, it was actually the windshield. So dont act like you did me some big favor by giving me a windshield at "no charge" - you owed me that service because you got it wrong the first time. I love how your response fails to take any accountability for this whatsoever. 3) I wasn't going to mention the robbery but thanks for bringing it up, let's talk about that. Yes, my vehicle was conveniently burglarized after your shop knew my doors were not locking properly, knew all my personal information, and had discovered my lock box which your techs left out in the open after my windshield was replaced. What a crazy coincidence, dont you think? 4) I agree that this is not the best way to handle this, but you have left me no choice as you will not refund any of the money I wasted at your dealership. The proper way to have handled this was for your guys to have said to me: "We weren't able to fix the issues, but we did find these other things that need to be fixed. Can we fix them for you or would you prefer to to wait until you can find someone who can address your door issue?" You dont just fix random things without letting the customer know that it wont resolve the initial problem. Why is that so difficult of you all to understand? 5) The reason why I have not had to deal with your crooked shop more over the last 7 years/126,000 miles is because I have taken such good care of my vehicle. Lastly, spelling my name incorrectly only speaks to your incompetence. On all fronts, DO BETTER.

Build and ordered my ultimate dream truck Cheve Trail

Build and ordered my ultimate dream truck Cheve Trail Boss 6.2L from Santa Fe Cheve back in March of 2021 it took a long while to get it went though 2 sales persons but I was very very patient and knew eventually it would come in mean while I got assigned a new sales person named Francisco (Cisco) Miranda. Cisco was the most professional the most Awesome person I have ever meet he would call me reassure me every week keep me informed the status of my truck. Of course I would be in the dealership very often checking which Cisco he would drop everything take his time and make me feel like a very important costumer. Jump on his computer and check status ASAP!!! To me that just show what an amazing sales person Cisco is and how attentive he is to his customers!!! Eventually my truck finally came in Cisco called me ASAP had it all shined up ready the next day for me to pick it up!!! I can go on and on what an Amazing person and sales person Cisco is I truly have made a friend for life!!! Thank you Cisco appreciate all you have done for me!!! Valerie Salazar

My service experience on 6/8/23 was not the best.

My service experience on 6/8/23 was not the best. I asked Victor, the service rep, if they had any oil change specials. He said I could look on the website and check. I had the oil changed on my 2014 Silverado with a 4.3 V-6 and checked the website for specials. They had a $75.00 56 quart special , so I let Victor know, I would like the special. Two hours later, he said my vehicle takes 8 quarts, which is $106.00, but he reduced it by $10.00. I have changed the oil on that truck personally and have always installed 6 quarts. Not sure if Victor is unsure, or if he was having a bad day, but I felt cheated. I will not recommend Santa Fe Chevrolet Service.
