The people are friendly and appear to be helpful.

The people are friendly and appear to be helpful. Yet, the do not pay attention to detail. Had to return the vehicle twice to get the the things we were charged for. The lien papers had the wrong dealer on them. No one responds to messages. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.

The folks at Hudiburg are terrific.

The folks at Hudiburg are terrific. The price listed online was the price. No funny business with lots of "special additions" that cost thousands more. They made the buying process simple. We were out of state buyer and they had everything ready to go. I would definitely recommend shopping with Hudiburg.

The dealership and I agreed to meet at the halfway point

The dealership and I agreed to meet at the halfway point for me to look at a car since we were about 40 miles apart and since I have health problems. Agreement was that the used car sales manager would call me on my cell when he arrived at work at 8:00am, then we would both travel to meet. 6 or so hours went by with no call from him. I emailed the internet rep and she said she's have him call me. No call (he actually did try to call my landline, but I stated on my initial email inquiring about availability that I leave the ringer off my landline phone and to email instead--of course, he also had my cell phone). Yesterday I emailed the internet rep to get his email address. She said she could get it to me today, but she emailed today saying "I am sorry, but I am not going to be able to get you Johns email." He stood me up and can't even contact me to apologize. Utterly deplorable dealership (or at least used car sales manager).

Stolen personal belongings.

After leaving my vehicle with a Hudiburg Ford, with the promise that I could get financing the next day on the car, they sent me home in. I was put off for days on trying to come back and retrieve my vehicle because they had lost my keys. Although they did not tell me that they just said they were still trying to get me financed. When I finally bought another vehicle at another dealership and got my vehicle back, all of my personal belongings were missing. They’ve been ignoring my calls and my emails for weeks and refuse to give me my items back or a reimbursement check. I really hate doing this. I just wanted this resolved and it doesn’t look like it’s happening.

Had a very pleasurable buying experience at Hudiburg

Had a very pleasurable buying experience at Hudiburg Ford. There were no high pressure tactics associated with showing and selling the vehicle and once I decided to make the purchase, there were none with the finance personnel as well. Eddie Morris, the salesperson was very friendly.and cordial and once the purchase was made was very knowledgeable about the F-150 and took the time to explain all the trucks features and how they function. Great truck! Highly recommend Hudiburg Ford and particularly Eddie as a salesperson. Look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Bad experience

Bought a used truck on February 3 2023. The sales team was good. Did not get the title in the mail until April 14 2023. Had to get three paper tags. I had to make a payment on the trade in truck so it would not hurt my credit. Included in that payment was a late fee. The bank refunded the payment but not the late fee or the interest on the account when they finally paid off the trade in truck in April. Then I was charged a late fee for the tag I just bought. That was another 45.00. Total Out of pocket as been another 100.00. They need help in their office!! I do not recommend them until they can figure out how to finish the paperwork in a timely manner. I have never had problems like this with a dealership.

A Gem of a Dealership!

I had need for a second work truck and surprisingly found a used Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn at Hudiburg Ford in Wellston Oklahoma. I was hesitant at first given I’d never purchased a vehicle out of state but after checking reviews; speaking with Sales Manager Eddie Morris; and having every single question answered (I asked a lot!)- a visit to the dealership and subsequent sit down with Eddie sealed the deal. If you’re considering a purchase, check them out. The experience was easy and no pressure at all. And regardless of where you are, totally worth the drive.

Really good experience

Dealership experience was great. Eddie was knowledgeable and friendly and allowed us time to test drive the car and become familiar. Dealership was really efficient at handling the paperwork to register my new car and sorting out the payoff for my trade in.
