Fantastic. Mike helped make this process very easy. He answered all our questions, gave us space to look at the vehicle on our own and facilitated a fair deal on our High Country Silverado.

He’s videoed his work on my car the past two services and I’ve never felt more knowledgeable. The only problem I had was, they were supposed to line up

The only problem I had was, they were supposed to line up my truck. When I drove away my truck was pulling to the left and the steering wheel was crooked. I have to bring it back so they could correct the issue. It took over an hour to solve the problem. Not a happy camper. However the service attendant was very helpful.

I have to give Devron Cummings a huge thank you for all the work he put in to make my experience amazing. Everett Chevrolet has a great team and very polite staff. Also I can’t leave out Clelia Ross for explaining and showing me how my car has a lot of different features. I would definitely recommend Everett Chevrolet of Hickory to anyone.
