Not a fan.
Like some of the other reviewers experienced, I would not recommend Everett even to someone I didn’t like. When considering a new car purchase its nice to have some good old fashioned business etiquette. This dealership cares about one thing- making as much money as possible for themselves. If you’re in the market for a new car, look elsewhere-

Poor customer service
They attempted to charge me $ 118.00 plus tax to Install a light bulb that I provided when I brought my Silverado in for service. They also broke a the case on my air filter case during a previous service, but they have yet to replace it as promised. I’m done with them. They lost a good customer and I immediately cancelled my appointment and demanded a refunded for the services that I had pre paid for

Not giving all that you should expect.
Long long wait to purchase a lease buyout. Wouldn’t allow me to use my credit card even though they had pulled my credit and knew my credit score was week above 800. Charged higher fees and generally just weren't customer oriented. Lots of pleasantries but no substance. This is truth.
The truth...we allow up to $1500 on a credit card. Credit score does not affect that amount. Sorry for the wait, but as you were made aware of at the time, we were having computer issues. Have a great day.

I don't know anything about the sales department but the service department is excellent. Brought my truck in to be serviced and they do a video of the vehicle letting you know and see ahead of time any problems that I did not know about. Have went to other dealers after I purchased my truck and by far they are the best. Will return.
