I’ve purchased two GMC trucks from this dealership and

I’ve purchased two GMC trucks from this dealership and the experience has been great both times, one in 2015 and recently in 2024. Shout out to my salesman Omar, he was informative and helpful in the process. I will purchase from Everett again when the time comes.

I do have to say that I am not happy with the dealership

I do have to say that I am not happy with the dealership and due to after I was informed from another dealership that my truck was not a limited edition and someone made it out to be and I was miss lead at the dealership by that which is shady and illegal along with other things about the truck which was false and then now to find out from another dealership that Everett charged me $10,000 more than sticker price due to it which the truck wasn't even new to start when I bought it and my wife and I had issues with other vehicles from them too . My review is not going against the good people that work at the dealership , but it is focused on the few bad ones . This is where the few bad hurt the good within a business . I suggest that people read the reviews and look for a outstanding dealership that is truly honest with sales and finance . . Plus the bank that gave the loan was no better and went along with it also . When $10,000 more is charged on a base model after running the VIN the bank should of never gave the loan in which red flags should of popped up with the bank . This is why business go under to much greed which is bad for business plus the business ends up in legal issues . I'm sure the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office .

My experience with this dealership was subpar.

My experience with this dealership was subpar. I inquired about an out of state sale on a pre-owned vehicle. There was communication for several hours discussing pricing, financing and trade-in. The rep I was working with was responsive and did a great job answering questions and detailing the process. However, once the packet was sent to the "sales manager" there was silence. I asked for an update later in the day from the rep and was told she would reach out to the sales manager again. Never heard a word. I figured it out the next day on my own when the vehicle was removed from their online listings. Unfortunately just another dealer who has no problem wasting your time.

We apologize for the lack of communication regarding your request for purchase information on the Honda. We are a dealer group with 3 locations and have over 45 salespeople. There was a customer simultaneously in one of our other dealerships who was test-driving and ultimately purchasing the vehicle. There was no way the representative that you were working with could have known that at the time. We do apologize for failing to follow up with that information immediately after realizing what had happened. No excuse for not providing the information that the vehicle was sold that same afternoon. Please accept our apology.

Buying experience and after the sale

Everett is our dealership. We've bought two cars from them and have always been treated fairly. We really like the service after the sale. Service department is top notch. We have a new car now but if we decide to buy again it will be at Everett.

Front grill of my 2012 CTS was damaged by a shopping

Front grill of my 2012 CTS was damaged by a shopping cart. I visited the collision center to get an estimate and schedule a repair. GMC discontinued the support for the part. My estimator, Eddie, said his team would scourer their resources to find a used on if necessary. “Too hard” is not in Eddie’s vocabulary, he phoned me several days later to report that they found one out west. An appointment was scheduled and the repair was done very professionally. We were concerned considering the age of of the car with a broken grill and missing medallion would be to old to repair. Thank goodness I was wrong.

I have purchased at least 15 to 20 vehicles in the past 40 years. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. It began by finding the vehicle I wanted online. I was not sure what to expect when I got to the dealership as we did most of the negotiations over email/texts. It was a pleasant surprise that from Sales to Finance I could not have asked for better people to have handled my deal. I received top KBB trade value on my vehicle along with a fair market price on the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. This was an out of state purchase for me, but I would do it again anytime based on my experience with this dealership. Thanks again Steve S. for all of you work on my deal.

2023 Chevy High Country 2500

Sherman handled everything via phone and internet flawlessly. Arrived and left with my new vehicle within 2.5 hours including a test drive. Service department on my diesel truck was top shelf level period! Technician sent me video of the work while I was waiting. Beyond impressed.
