What a great experience it was working with the group at...

What a great experience it was working with the group at Everitt and especially Heath McPherson. Car buying finally made easy and enjoyable. I tried my local dealers in Charlotte looking for a Denali and what a joke. Heath found the car I wanted in 15 minutes. We communicated via telephone calls and emails to get this deal completed quickly. He was professional, courteous and totally an enjoyment to work with. Very Satisfied

Internet info very accurate. Follow up info timely. Worked with Tom Bush and we easily negotiated a satisfactory price in two phone calls. Car was exactly as described with no hidden cost or loopholes presented after we arrived. Couldn't do better closer to home! (7 hours to Hickory)

I had been looking online for months for the right SUV...

I had been looking online for months for the right SUV with the right price in the condition that I deem acceptable. I came across Everett online and their prices looked outstanding compared to what was available in Charlotte/Huntersville. I made the trip to Hickory and the rest is history. The staff were all friendly which is rare at dealerships which are usually cut throat and trying to squeeze every penny out of you. We made a deal and I got the Acadia I was looking for with more options and less miles than I expected in my price range. For anyone considering buying a Chevy/Buick/GMC product or used, I highly recommend Everett! Thanks again Corey!

We drove 2 hours (4 round trip) to buy our 2011 Kia...

We drove 2 hours (4 round trip) to buy our 2011 Kia Sorento because of Tom Bush. When I talked with him on the phone I felt he was honest, straight forward and really wanted to help us. After meeting him in person, he proved my assumptions correct. He did not try to talk us into anything we didn't want and got us the best possible price on the car we wanted. The only snag we had was getting our loan because our Credit Union required extra information from the dealer that they were not used to providing. It took a couple days extra to get everything correct, but, fortunately, Tom persevered and got them all the information they needed to process our loan. Hi Steve, We want you to know that we recently came to your dealership to trade 2 cars for 1. Of course being "women" & never had worked in the auto sales industry we expected to get ripped off & worked over. We came to test drive a 2011 Chevy Equinox. A quick ride around the block doesn't really tell us anything so we asked if we could take the car home overnight so we could really test drive it & drive it in the dark, back it into the driveway etc. We were allowed to take it & we took it for a ride up Rt. 181 ( great road to test drive a vechicle). I found that the 4 cylinder didn't have the power I wanted & knew with 4 adults & fully loaded with luggage it wouldn't have the power to climb mountains with ease. We brought it back next day ( after telling Heath we had an accident with it ) LOL & asked to try the 2008 Chevy Equinox they had on the lot. I only had to pull out of your driveway to know that this was what we were looking for. So now the fun begins .. time time talk $$. We had a 2000 Chrysler that I really didn't want to part with & a 2008 Chevy Malibu. Health was really patient while we figured the trade several different ways. ( He must have been thinking "WOMEN"...) !! In the end we kept the Chrysler & got the Chevy Eqinox too. WINNING !! Best of both worlds for me & I am very happy. Love the new car but still love my baby too. ha ha So far Heath has kept his word & had the leather seats repaired & will be getting a hitch put on for us. We just wanted you to know that we are really pleased with the way your entire team of people treated us. They even offered us hamburgers & hot dogs from their little Bar-B-Que. What a nice jesture. My experience at Everett's was great. Kris Kerr did everything he could to help me find the Jeep Liberty that I wanted. He emailed me about the Jeeps that came in, and knew that the Jeep Liberty I just bought was the one for me. I couldn't be anymore pleased with the Jeep and the service I got. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Chris Franklin explained everything and it all went smoothly. I would definitely get my next vehicle from Everett's.
