The service manager thinks his crap don’t stink. He lied to me, but he said he didn’t but he did ask for a certain receipt couldn’t get it. Try to get information about tires couldn’t print nothing off too much trouble that’s gone mine look it up other Nat I’ve never go back talk to other people upfront while sitting there. They’re not coming back either because they’re so cheerful in the back treat people like crap. The work on my truck should’ve took 4.5 hours. They got it done in 11 didn’t have the decency to call me the next day to say they had my truck done told me to show up between 10 and 11 and 12 could’ve called me in the morning and said hate your trucks done. I could’ve been there at nine too much bother.

I lease my car. Took it to heart city to have my windshield wiper looked at. They said it was broken and that I tried to take it off or it was done by a car wash. The service manager was very rude and said I did something and it’s not covered by warranty and turned his back and walked away from me. I just turned on the wipers and this is what it did. I do not appreciate him accusing me of breaking it. For I did not . I will never have them do anything to my car and I will never buy from them again

Before driving the distance I asked Richard for information, pictures and his honest assessment of the car I had in mind. While there, we decided to test drive a 2013 Toyota Camry I'd seen on Heart City's website. While we were doing that I asked Kendall to research what other cars they had that would meet my parameters (year, mileage, comfort, space and above all price.) After the test drive, my husband and I had pretty much decided that we would probably purchase the 2013. When we got back to the dealership, Kendall had two other vehicles that would meet my criteria. And he asked if I might consider looking a something new - a beautiful 2016 Toyota Camry XLE that was sitting in the showroom. The price he quoted made the purchase a no brainer. Everyone at the dealership was sincerely friendly. I anticipate going back to Heart City for all of my service. And though we don't anticipate purchasing another vehicle for several years, Heart City will be the only place I'll do business with and Kendall Berg will always be my 'go to' guy. I have never purchased a vehicle with less pressure or stress. As Kendall put it, I told him what I wanted and that made his job easy. I give him much more credit than that.
