WORST DEALERSHIP FOR BUYING OUT OF STATE VEHICLES

We are out of state residents who bought a new vehicle here, the runaround they gave us to get the deal was unbelievable. Than when we wanted our vehicle registered in our home state they would not

Best car buying experience ever!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle at a dealership! A big shout out to my sales person Ben Lutz for all his help, and for keeping his word on doing what he could do to help me and my family. He definitely kept my car buying experience hassle-free! Low Class Treatment

Treated like low class based on price of vehicle and who we were. Salesman (Briggs) asked us if we could afford a $1400 payment because he didn’t want to waste our time or his. He did not appear to want show us the vehicle. Sad day for the famous (I 40 Exit 113 Valdese) dealership. High expectations but met with low standard employees.

Honest and Accommodating

Super Nice guy! Dwayne gave us all our options- pros and cons about all the vehicles we were interested in. He took time to explain how Everything worked and how to set things to our liking. He stayed late- after they were supposed to be closed to help us. He is As Honest and Fair as we could have hoped for !! Thanks so much for making buying a used vehicle a pleasure and calming our nerves about making a decision!! I will Recommend them to EVERYONE!

Great car buying experience!!!

Paramount Ford of Valdese really makes it easy bunting a vehicle. Great on price and service. We were in and out in just 1.5 hours from looking , test drive and all the paperwork. It’s been over 19 years since I bought a vehicle and this was really a great experience from start to finish. Dwayne Briggs was our salesman and he made it personal and easy. Sold a company truck to them
