Very friendly

I had never visited this dealership before. I was looking to upgrade to a newer vehicle and spoke with Tanner. He was very pleasant to deal with and was very helpful with any questions I had. I would defiantly make the hour drive again to buy from Tanner. He was very well mannered and did not pressure me to make a decision. He was great to work with!!!

New Car Purchase

Cole is young and I understand new to this dealership, however he did an excellent job in helping negotiate a deal on the 2019 Mustang we purchased. Our only concern was and still is either a bump in a tire or maybe a wheel alignment issue did and still is causing a degree of vibration at speeds between 30 and 50 miles per hour. Cole told us the service department thought it would be a good idea to drive the car for a period of time and see if the vibration ceased. I understand the vehicle has set for 4-5 months on the lot. At this point I have driven the vehicle about 250 miles and the issue still occurs. I'm OK with driving it a little further to see if it helps. Just do not want the problem to continue indefinitely.

Simple Straight Forward Sale and a Happy Customer

Mark Robinson and Brent Buff were great to deal with. I did not have to negotiate what I wanted. They gave me some options and we moved on from there. I felt very comfortable the entire time I was there. Consummated the deal in two visits, and neither time did they waste my time. When it came to sign they had most of the paperwork already ready.
