Lacking in customer service

Recently I purchased a Jeep wrangler and took it in to this specific dealership to have mud flaps installed. They took my jeep straight back but I waited for two hours before I was told that the mud flaps they ordered didn’t fit. They reordered. I brought my vehicle back in and dropped it off at my appt time of 7:30am. I called to check on my vehicle. No return call. Never received a phone call at all so I showed up at 4:30 pm to check on my vehicle. No mud flaps installed. The girl at service let me know that the guy taking care of my Jeep knew that they didn’t fit and he didn’t bother to call me. 9 hours. I’m not sure what happened to common courtesy but it was lost along the way. And as a first time jeep owner this was not the experience I was hoping for. I will be taking my Jeep to a different dealership for any service/vehicle in the future.

Jody Stanfill is AWFUL.

Jody Stanfill is AWFUL. He lied to me about how he was trying to do my deal ( I told him it would be in mine and my fiancé's name ) . He knew I was a first time buyer and completely took advantage of me. I like my car, but the customer service was not worth it. I got called a liar because they forgot to finance in my sales tax, and they told me that I never mentioned it. Not even two weeks into having the car, my tire blew out and they were supposed to be "brand new" yet they'd had a low tire light on since the day I got it. Jody himself told me that it would be fixed and claimed it was a sensor, but it wasn't. It was a bad tire he didn't feel like messing with. I dropped the tire off at the dealership this morning at 8:45 and Ms. Crystal was very helpful and told me it would be fixed for me, yet it's 3:30 now and I haven't heard back other than one of them questioning me about what happened this morning. Jody told me a week ago when I came to pick up my paperwork that he would arrange for my tire to be fixed. I still haven't heard from anyone about that, just Jody blowing up my phone while I'm at work trying to argue with me about my sales tax and continue to call me a liar. ALSO how unprofessional is it for a GROWN MAN to play with my radio the entire time I was test driving my car.

What a crummy place, they don't care about their

What a crummy place, they don't care about their customers, they will lie, they will try to confusion you,anything to get your money and then they will gladly show you you mean nothing to them, I wish I would have went elsewhere

Done my family wrong!

Only gave one star cause I had to. We were at Fletcher last year. We picked out a used truck. Red and gold. Beautiful. Just what we wanted. They had us park it in the sold parking spot. Gave us our monthly payment. The next thing I know another salesman jumped in the truck and took it to another lot to a guy he knew. They sold the truck out from underneath us. Now we're in a truck we didn't want. V6 and 2 wheel drive. I want to talk to Frank Fletcher please.

This was my second new purchase from fletcher ram. Would not hesitate to buy my next one here also Got the same help from them before and after sale The sales lady I worked with was excellent

Service department very poor.

Took my daughters 2018 Jeep renegade in for oil change service. The Next day we had oil all over the driveway. Took vehicle back next day and told them this. Waited 4 hours while they took others ahead of me back for service. Finally went up front and had to be rude for assistance. Said they might get to it if they can. If you service a vehicle that was purchased from you and it was brought in for service and it comes back the next day with an issue from the service it should be a priority to make it right. Will never return even though I have purchased 3 new cars from them. Wrote email and reported all this and never heard back. Very poor customer service. If you could give one star that’s what it would be.

I had a 8:30 appointment to have a warning light checked....

I had a 8:30 appointment to have a warning light checked. It is now 12:30 was finally told I needed an auxiliary battery and a new battery. $800. I said no thanks to regular battery. 4 frigging hours for.

Dealer of ill repute

Bought 2 new cars here in 4 years. Pandemic influenced the second. It will be the last. Service department is a very bad joke. Managers word is worthless. They stand behind nothing. Be prepared for the ridiculous closing/finance dog and pony show.

Trying to buy a vehicle

Went in Monday afternoon and set a price fir a car. Went back Wednesday with a check and they wouldn’t sell it to me. Wanted 3000 more. Said it was the wrong price although they are still advertising it for the same price I supposedly had it purchased for. One salesman Chris tried to work it out but the assistant I guess manager was troublesome Oh well I bought a jeep there a few years ago but i wont be back.

I have purchased 2 new vehicles in 4 years from Fletcher Doge in Jonesboro,Ar. Will do no future business there. Service department is a joke.
