I brought in coupons that were emailed to me.

I brought in coupons that were emailed to me. I asked the service attendant which one would be better? She said 10% but the savings of a set amount for tire rotation and balance was a higher cost than I remember, so actually it was the better deal. The last time I got an oil change with a synthetic oil and tire rotation and balance, it was $89.00, has the cost really risen to $129, for the same service?

Service Manager, Pat Dunn, listened to my description of

Service Manager, Pat Dunn, listened to my description of a rough shifting in trany and we discussed plan of action. Dropped car off two nights later and they had it fixed the next afternoon. We tried two other dealerships and one was not willing to do the diagnostics until July 27 and the other was mid June... the second one had severely bad reviews. Very happy customer and would recommend them.

We had the best new car purchase experience ever when we bought our 2019 Optima S from Shane Dorman at Leith AutoPark Kia. Pam Dunn and Jonathan Pierce have been superb in helping correct an elusive driveability problem. And every other employee we've met has been a credit to Leith. Great experience buying a new Kia EV6 and taking delivery, was happy to find an EV6 that met my minimum specifications and in the color I wanted with no MSRP market add-on charge.
