Beyond Ordinary Service : an agent who goes beyond
Isabella helped me to get new fobs, and get them reprogrammed for my Jeep Cherekee. I had my purse stolen with my fob inside. She helped me through the whole process and was very kind and caring. Professional and good at her job, she kept me apprised of the process as I waited in the waiting room. She explained several options, such as reprogramming the fob that I had lost so that the thief could not steal my car, as well as buying a new fob and just reprogramming it, along with my one remaining fob. I bought my jeep at M and L and I have found service to always be good, but Isabella is an example of someone, who takes her job seriously and puts herself into the client's shoes. She walked me through the parts dept. and then, took care of the rest by explaining to the service dept. what needed to be done. Then, when work was completed, she went with me to my jeep and made sure that both fobs worked. With good people like Isabella working for M and L, car buyers will definitely bring their car back to this dealership every time their cars need servicing.

Excellent Truck Service Experience
I had a 2019 Ram 3500 serviced at M&L Chrysler on 10/11/ 22. Melanie in the service dept was great. She was very personable and professional as well as sincere in making sure my experience went well. I have owned 5 Dodge trucks thru the ears and I’ve never had a problem with any of the dealership service departments I’ve used in Georgia or NC. But this was for sure the most pleasant experience. It has everything to do with how Melanie’s personality and how she handled my visit. This included accurately quoting me the cost and explaining just what would be done. I’m really not sure how it could have gone better.

Do not purchase from this dealership!! They took advantage of my husband when I wasn’t able to be there. He went in for a simple oil change and they convinced him to trade our 2019 at 2% interest for a older truck at 14.40%. My husband isn’t great with numbers. The truck smells like an ashtray and my husband was told it’s because the man who cleaned it was smoking in it while cleaning it but that odor is imbedded in it. They haven’t paid our trade off yet or changed the insurance over. I asked if I could void the contract because it’s a bad deal and my husbands father is on oxygen full time and we are his transportation and he cannot breath in it. Sales manager told us “It’s our problem now” I asked to trade for one that doesn’t have this odor and he said we can put you in a different truck but it’ll be $1,200 a month. This is 2 mortgage pmts. This dealership will say or do anything just to make a deal and get paid.

We actually called several times and spoke to several managers. On Tuesday when the manager finally called us back and we explained the situation with my father in law and how this truck has cigarette smoke odor imbedded in it we were told “ it’s your problem now” The only thing we’ve been offered was to trade it for a 2022 for 1,200 a month. This is 2 mortgage payments and we cannot afford that kind of payment. I did some research and according to the paperwork if we’re not happy and it’s for good reason then the dealership can make the decision to void the contract and give us our trade in back. I asked you all to please give us our trade in back and you said “it’s our problem now” If you’re willing to work with us then you should reach out to us. I don’t want a phone call just to say “I’m sorry” because apologies do not help at this point. My father in law is on oxygen 24/7 and we provide around the clock care for him and transport him to and from appts and he cannot breath in this truck. We have no other transportation to get him to and from appts. If you’re willing to take this truck back and work a better deal that makes everyone happy then great but if not then apologizes at this point do not help!
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Overall experience was excellent. A little concerned that the tires that came with the Vehicle and at just over 20,000 miles the front tires are in really bad shape. I brought it up and to be honest was told to contact the tire Manufacturer. I feel a little more effort should have been put into it.
