Feyer Ford, really appreciate the professionalism.

Great customer service. Honest ,courteous, and professional. Outstanding staff and service. Really appreciated they got the job done in a timely manner. Will ba using them again for services.

Warranty work and spark plug replacement

They tried to do their best but had parts availability issues. It took over a week to complete repairs. They provided me with a loaner car while they had my truck which was fine with me.

Outstanding Service!

We broke down on our way home from the beach on the side of Hwy 64, 5 hours from home. We called Feyer as they were the closest Ford mechanics and they were so responsive. They went out of their way to send a driver to pick us up (we had our baby with us) while the tow truck got the truck. They were quick with their assessment and knew we had a fuel pump that went out. They ordered the part, gave us a loaner and even helped us with finding a hotel for the night as we do not know the area. The truck was completely repaired 24 hours after we first broke down. Shane even worked through his lunch to make sure we were on our way quickly. Outstanding service, wonderful people and smart mechanics turned this scary situation into a smooth experience. Thank you so much!

Feyer Ford Service Dept. Plymouth NC

I was having trouble with updating my navigation and they were fantastic help. I had tried the Ford customer service call line, it was awful. Called Feyer to get a direct number to Ford but John the general manager put me in touch with Tanya McCombs, She was fantastic. Thanks to all at Feyer Plymouth!!
