Great service and honest deal
I looked for a Navigator and found the right one at Eby. Angela was amazing and fully disclosed via photos a few flaws not obvious on the listing photo. Purchase was easy and they were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

These guys at Eby Ford didn’t have to help out with a lighting issue that was unrelated to them but took it on themselves to help in any way they could.

Best Dealership.
Never in my life until I was 50 could I manage to get into a new car of my own. Shortly after I moved to Goshen IN. I was in need of a new car/truck. Had driven past EBY Ford many times before. Liked what I saw in the lots. So I stopped in. And to my surprise they managed to get me financed for a brand new car. Just recently I went back and now am in my second brand new car. I am very grateful to Chris and all the rest of the EBY crew. Took my first car to their service department for all the work to be done on my car and am very satisfied with all the work done, time it took each time and professionalism shown by all involved front to back. I would for sure suggest going to EBY Ford and find out for yourself the amount of quality and professionalism you can get. I think you'd be very happy as well.

Customer service still exists! I have bought several new cars in my life and this was by far the best experience. There staff was professional, not pushy like the others, and went above and beyond to make this purchase smooth and quick. The vehicle I wanted was not on their lot, and our salesman, Chris was extremely helpful in orchestrating in finding the vehicle I wanted. Thanks so much Eby Ford, as I will be a return customer!

Eby Ford Goshen Indiana AWESOME!
Chris went above and beyond to find us the 2018 Mustang we wanted. Since the Mustang order department was already closed for new orders (April 2018) he found us one that had just arrived at another dealer nearby. He did a splendid job making us happy. We had to wait for the loan a week ( had to do with working past closing hours) but the car was sitting at the dealer and ready for us to pick it up on April 21. Sight unseen we were tickled and very pleased with the car. We had brought our two other Mustangs )1969 Mach 1 and 1994 GT) to get photos by their Eby sign. Chris and the dealer made room for all the cars and the pictures turned out excellent. 50 year span of Mustangs owned by us!
