Renewed Faith

I was burnt by the last dealership that owned this facility. I gave the new ownership another try and i was very pleased with them. They were very helpful and worked to meet my needs to the fullest. i would recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle.

Amazing Customer Service at Florence & White

I recentley drove from Columbus, OH to Smithsville, TN to purchase my new Mercury Milan from Florence & White. Sure, there are plenty of Ford dealerships in the Columbus and surrounding areas, but none of them could compare to the exceptional customer service I received at Florence & White! The staff was super friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and exrtemely accomadating in helping me find the right car for my family and I. I would DEFINITELY refer anyone looking to buy new or used to Florence & White...they took the "hassle" out of buying a car! Thanks Florence & White!!!! :)

Glad I bought from this dealer!

I purchased a new vehicle from Florence and White Ford, received excellent customer service, did not spend hours filing out paper work, no high pressure sales to try to get you to buy extended warranties etc... they lay the options out and help you choose what's best for you. I will buy from this dealer again! BTW, not sure what the deal is with the last guy that left a review, it's a business, they can't hold inventory for everyone that "says" they're coming in to look at a car.

Questionable Integrity.

After discussing a certain vehicle with one of this dealerships owners I decided to travel over 80 miles to take a look. Upon arrival I was informed that vehicle had just been sold. Integrity and customer commitment of dealer in question.
