Hi Scott, I tried to reach out via phone 3 times to rectify this situation. To no avail. If you would like us to look at the invoice and compare the pricing to see if there was a mistake or for us to explain the coupon I would love to hear from you. the 69.95 coupon is for up to 5 quarts of synthetic blend, (full synthetic oil is not included,) also the 69.95 does not include shop supplies or taxes. After those items the total bill for 5 quarts is typically 79.81 after tax, with each addition quart over the 5th one being at its regular price per court. However, I would really like to speak with you and turn your frown upside down we take our customers satisfaction seriously and do not like when one of our guest leaves unhappy. Please reach out 931-738-2311 ask for Rhonda in service (service manager) Thank you for taking time to leave us a review. We used them to consistently improve our customer service.
