Buying made easy. Dealt with Clint Waller. He was kind and helpful, answered all of the questions I had and wasn't pushy at all. I can't stand when salesman try to bully you in to buying.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Edd Rogers Ford. We were looking for a used, smaller SUV with low mileage. We found a Ford Escape that had everything we needed and wanted. Will Jagel was an informative salesman and we felt no pressure throughout the process.

My husband and I visited Edd Rogers Valley Ford because...

My husband and I visited Edd Rogers Valley Ford because we were interested in purchasing an F150 Bright Red truck. Valley Ford had it! Clint Waller was our agent and he was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk too. He answered our questions and if he didn't know the answer immediately; he asked someone else. Everyone was very friendly and were the kind of people we like to work with. They wanted our business but were not pushy. About 5 years ago we purchased a car at a different location and they were pushy. We are very happy with the truck we bought and will go back to Valley Ford again if we ever purchase another vehicle. Hopefully Clint Waller will still be there. Jimmy & Wanda Maxwell

2020 Edge purchase

From the moment of walking through the front door we felt like family and not just a number. Our salesman Ruben Clemons was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and funny, Everyone at the dealership treated us the same way. We live in Crossville, TN and are so glad we found Edd Rogers Valley Ford as our new Ford Dealership. Well worth the travel time to go there. If anyone is looking for a Ford Dealership we HIGHLY recommend this one 200%, you won't be sorry. The whole buying experience was a pleasure. No high pressure relaxed atmosphere. Great price on new car, great price on trade, price and was given the price right up front. We have already told friends about our buying experience. Helping a grandma out

At 76, my mom did not need to haggle or argue with a car salesman. Ira Martin was far from that. She came out to see a particular vehicle. He did not show her 100 vehicles out of her price range. He was kind. He let her test drive, he even put gas in the car so she could drive it to an environment like her driving terrain. When she had questions about the mechanics, he was happy to answer her questions, by showing her. He was kind, considerate, respectful, honest....

Good experience

Great experience and friendly staff, even when I forced some quick maneuvering. I would highly recommend them for the person who is looking to buy in middle Tennessee. I drove almost 2 hours to buy a car.
