My husband found a truck on your lot and really loved it,

My husband found a truck on your lot and really loved it, F250 diesel. He loved it to the point he came back to youall and went through all the process of purchasing it from a salesman named Lance. He really said good things about the salesman, was very satisfied with the truck, and I too was happy to see him finally get the truck he wanted. He had this truck about a year and half and the vaccume pump went out, causing it to stream oil to point he can't drive it. Looked it up, found out there was a recall on it, sometime back, took it in to see if you guys could possibly repair what was wrong. He was told it would cost over 3000 to fix. He was not happy at all. He parked it prob 3 to 4 months, and just a couple days ago replaced a seal costing approximately 150$ in parts. This fixed the problem. A week or two ago you guys called him offering to buy his truck back apparently not realizing he had brought it back to youall with this trouble. I heard him tell the salesman yall already screwed me over once, your not doing it again. I know we will never deal with your car lot again. It's a terrible feeling to know you work hard all your life and finally get to get something nice for yourself only to feel like your took advantage of. But that's how things work in this world, just a money scheme. I'm sure you have good reviews, but this is our review of you, it may not matter to yall being a big dealer and we're just 1 customer. But you certainly lost this 1 customer. Thankyou for a hard lesson learned.

Decent staff but questionable vehicle quality

Went to Jason Lewis in Crossville early in June of 2023. I was helped by Lance LeGraff. Solid salesman and he showed me a handful of vehicles in my price range with the features I was looking for. Ended up selecting a 2019 Chevy Tahoe w/76k miles and traded in our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe and 2000 GMC Sierra. Trade in offer value was underwhelming, I believe it was $4500 for both vehicles. They pushed CarDoc and the Mopar Warranty pretty hard between the sales and financing portion. We were given one key and fob for the vehicle but told by our salesperson Lance that there was an additional fob and key in the service dept and they would ship it to us. The Financing Dept initially gave me the incorrect loan information, so whatever I signed had the wrong lender on it, so when I contacted our insurance they were provided the incorrect lender, I had to correct it later when the Financing Department told me the error they’d made and gave me the correct lender information. About two weeks on Saturday June 17th, the AC stopped blowing cold while my wife was out getting groceries with my 1 year old and 5 year old. It was 90+ degrees that day and they were about 45 mins away from home. I called the dealership service department and the soonest they could get us in was that Thursday June 22nd, so we had no AC in the month of June for the rest of that week. After our appointment, it was blowing cold again until Friday July 7th when it stopped blowing cold again of course when we were out getting groceries, again it was 90+ outside and both my 1 year old and 5 year old were in the vehicle. I have made a service appointment and hope they can remediate it. As of today, July 8th 2023, we still do not have that additional key and fob we were told about during the time of purchase. All this to say I likely would not return or refer anyone to this dealership unless I see them try to make any of this right. The staff is friendly and helpful but I would worry about the quality control of their used vehicles due to our AC issues. The lack of attention to detail with the loan information initially being incorrect and the key / fob issue is concerning. I could expect this from a small dealership with no service department and vehicles under $10k, when you pay $45k+ for a vehicle, you would expect it to be properly inspected and serviced.

Don't do it!

It will take hours to do the sale. They always forget some documentation and you have to spend more time getting it to them. GPS tackers are horribly installed under the dash and items that were with your vehicle before the final detailing will be missing when you get your vehicle. Two times in a row isn't just a coincidence. Go buy somewhere else and I promise you will have a more enjoyable day.

2018 Jeep Wrangler JK

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Brandon Letner, Jonathon Buckner, and Johnathon in finance were the best. They actually brought my jeep up from Birmingham, Alabama. The jeep is perfect and the price was right. I wouldn't even consider buying a vehicle from another dealer.
