Every aspect of having my Dodge Magnum serviced by ETD was excellent. My paper work was completed before I got there, the staff kept me informed of the results of the inspection, and I was done and on my way in less than a hour.

East Tennessee Dodge, Chrysler is absolutely a FIVE GOLD star dealer starting with the purchase through the excellent service department. It is a new facility (summer 2014) but the old facility was always kept clean. They listen to what the customer wants (as in the new car I just bought) or what service concerns I had and always addressed the issues. I would highly recommend this dealer for the purchase and / or service of their vehicles. Trust and respect are their watch words.

New facility is great/tax not included
My husband called for a price quote for two tires for my vehicle. We thought the price quoted was price out the door. Was surprised/shocked when we found the added tax to it for a $45.00 increase. Would like to see the repair facility make sure they say + tax and not leave it out. Our fault for not checking again. George the service rep did not prepare the estimate for the tires so he is free and clear. He is one of the best I have met. The new facility is light years better than the old facility.

Will not go back.
I purchased a truck from this dealership in 08. Later, I found I paid more at this dealership than any other Dodge dealership checked. I went in this week to purchase a car but the prices were still higher. Went to another dealership got the same vehicle for $2000.00 less. I would not recommend East TN Dodge.

recognized a problem
Have been having my car serviced here for almost 10 years now and have had excellent service. This time, a problem that I was not aware of that could have had serious safety consequences was recognized by the technician and taken care of. Since I intend to keep my car, I will continue to rely on the service department to keep it in top notch condition.
