Rusty Wallace Ford has to be the best dealership around! I’ve worked in the automotive industry for 20 years, and they truly impressed me! We had a hard deal to put through involving two trade ins. We had already been blown off by a couple of other “big name” dealers in the area. We had the credit and money to put down, but no one took us seriously. The team at Rusty Wallace Ford had us rolling down the road in a brand new 2020 Mustang GT within a couple of hours! Thanks guys!

Another great experience at this dealership. Went in to look at new trucks. Shane Farley was awesome. Low pressure, very knowledgeable and efficient. He made the buying experience easy. He listened to my needs and limitations and met them in a timely manner. Management staff( Chris) and finance ( Daniel ) were pleasurable to work with. Great job by all. Worst service we have ever had. We were on vacation my husbands turbo went out. Got a call it was ready went to get it and the truck was still broken. We had to leave the truck there while we went home to Michigan. It took them 3 weeks to fix the truck and 2,300 dollars later my husband traveled back to get the truck and got down the rode and the truck is STILL BROKEN!!! How does this happen!!! We were told just leave it here and we will look at again on Monday. What?! No way ! Needles to say my husband is going 20 MPT home and it will take him at least 20 hours to get home now. Please beware of this place!!! Go Some Where Else!!!!! We were not even offered a refund!

Shane Farley was the best salesman that we’ve ever dealt with we were with different salespeople and he is the one that always comes through for us we now have purchased 4 vehicles from him

My salesman Aaron Miller was easy to work with. As soon as Daniel the finance guy worked his magic I drove away in my new ride. Easy as pie.

I was amazed at how things went with the salesman. No pressure, no I have to my manager, and nothing like what you would normally experience in buying a car.
