False documentation of services that were supposed to be done and weren’t and this is the second time this has occurred. After calling regarding the issue, nothing was or has been done to fix this constant problem. Paying for the “Preventive Maintenance” package at the sell of my vehicle was an absolute lie and it is as if I’m being robbed of the work that I paid for initially.

I bought my Ford Transit on June 9, 2025, and as of today I still haven’t received the registration. The person who handles paperwork apparently left the office without telling anyone, and since then no one responds to emails or phone calls. Completely unprofessional, useless, and thankless service. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. I am still driving with expired Temporary Plates, No License Plates still.

My truck was towed to the dealership on mother’s day Sunday for a transmission issue. On Monday morning, Jessie in service called me to find out my problem. He said it might be toward the end of the week before a tech. could diagnose the problem which I was ok with. That afternoon he called back and gave me a diagnose on the transmission problem and also stated that my rear brakes needed replacing which I was aware of. They do a complete check over of the vehicle while in service which I was grateful for. I told them to fix the issue with the trans. and also replace the brakes. Jessie said they might need to order the part and it would be later in the week before the truck was ready. Well, Jessie called me Tuesday morning and said the truck was ready and the total bill was actually less than quoted which was a huge relief. Crescent Ford and Jessie in service has earned my respect and business from now on. Highly recommend!!

Dillion Patrum was our salesman and he was amazing! He stayed late just to make sure we was happy with our decision!! I brought it back to have sunroof checked out and we went above and beyond to make sure everything was handle and I was happy about everything!! Jessica that did my appraisal was wonderful!! You could tell she wanted to make sure I was happy!! Fantastic job!! Kim in Fiancée was wonderful!! Made sure we was happy and walked us through everything!! The couple of times I’ve been in this dealership you feel right at home!! The respect and courtesy you are given is amazing!! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone!!
