Customer lounge

The new customer lounge is very nice, very comfortable. The big screen TV is a real plus.

Great sales person!

Person who did our paperwork was all about selling us things we did not want. When we turned her "pitch down" she totally shut off and acted as if we offended her. I have bought three cars from Michael Curtis and he has been outstanding each time. He is straight forward and honest.

Loved my experience!

First, I would like to thank Shelby Rice for working so hard and being so responsive to me about finding the perfect car to meet our needs. She refused to give up, even though I gave her a difficult mission :) and she never insisted that I settled on what I wanted just because we couldn't find the right car immediately. I was pleased to meet Jeremy and Hap as well and they were all very nice and I felt no pressure to buy anything, but they gave me a great deal. Benny Linker, takes the cake and is an awesome, caring man who knows what he is doing! I appreciate that he was no nonsense and he did not pressure us into anything either. He is very sweet and I feel blessed to have met him through this process. Kim Cecil was great too for the financing piece of the process, no nonsense and no pressure, but professional and honest. You couldn't ask for more straight forward people than these dedicated staff at Cresent Ford. I appreciate the entire process and I am looking forward to trading in my car when that time arrives. I will be heading directly to Cresent Ford and as long as the experience continues to occur the way it did this, they will have a lifetime customer. I could not have planned this car buying experience any better if I tried and now I know I'm in good hands! Thanks to everyone!

Happy, Happy, Happy!

Bob Nordstrom was great! I thought it would take about 4 hours. It usually does. We were in and out in an hour with the car we were looking for. GREAT JOB!!!

Buying a car at Crescent Ford

Overall great experience, my only recommendation is that if closing the deal with the finance team seems to running a little behind, get the customer moving forward on other things (switching car belongs from trade in to new car, go through the car features, etc). This will save time at the end and entertain the customer while waiting to sign the papers.

re-call for 2013 Escape

I made an apt. for10-13-14, and they took my 2013 Escape in as soon as I got there and were finished before noon. I like the e-mail notifications. The re-call work was done as required, and makes my wife feel better about driving a safe car.
