I no longer trust them!

During a service visit this Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks ago. I promptly arrived, checked my car in and about 20 minutes later was told that not all the parts were available. Hmm, why didn't anyone tell me before hand. I was ASSURED that the parts would be available in 3-4 days. I made another appointment with a 10 day time frame. Today. After 20 minutes of getting there and assuming the work was being done, I once AGAIN was told that the parts weren't there. I'm NOT retired and hence have to take time off from work for this. TWICE! The dealership didn't bother to call me that the parts weren't there!!!! Thus, two times now I had to miss work and not see my patients at the VA clinic that I work at because this dealership didn't bother to contact me. Shame on YOU, Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem. I have no intention of doing any future business with this dealership.

Awesome Awesome

The service was great, my Sales rep Mr John Worney was awsome. We started with me calling about a 2018 S 450. Me and my wife flew from Brooklyn NY, and we were not disappointed the car was awsome along with the service. The young lady that had my paperwork was awsome sorry for forgetting her name. She had everything is order the deal was done in less than a half hour. This place is AWESOME, the auto exceeded my expectations. John you guys are the best.

Wonderful Buying Experience

Mark Kendall was a wonderful salesman and the best teacher ever for learning about my new navigation system and how to let the car park itself! I highly recommend him for his knowledge and his professionalism. He made car buying a positive experience.

The Best

You have a service writer there named Chris and he is the best I have dealt with. Being 67 I have been around a number and he is the reason I will be buying another Mercedes.

Outstanding organization

Over a number of years I have found MB of Winston-Salem to be an excellent organization. Every process from management to sales to finance to service has been maximized for efficiency and accuracy. Every employee that I have known there has been top notch and excellent representatives of the company which tells me the hiring and training processes are highly developed. From start to finish Mercedes makes the finest cars on the market, and their employees make the experience of owning one all the better.

E400 Mercedes Benz

This was the second time I purchased a new Mercedes from Tommy Hooker Jr. at Mercedes Benz of Winston Salem. He was great to deal with and impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicles as well as showing an interest in me. I tried to buy a car locally but it was foolish to try as both the local companies assigned people that new nothing about selling cars. Dealing with Winston Salem was a pleasure and if I buy another Mercedes I will definitely call Tommy again. BTW his number is 336-413-3642 and he will save you thousands of dollars versus the local dealers. He also personally delivered my car to me this past Monday.
