This was the worst experience I ever had at the service

This was the worst experience I ever had at the service department. I took my vehicle in because it cut off at the stop light. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told that she will call me back later with an update. She never did. I called her and she told me it haven't been looked at. I asked for a loaner but they didn't have any. I called every day asking about my vehicle and was told the same thing. After keeping my car for a week She calls to tell me my car is ready. I never been treated like this in the past. If my vehicle wasn't still under warranty I would never go back. If I knew how long it was going to be before I got my car back I could have made arrangement to get back and forth to work.

Service is waste of time.

Service is waste of time. Too much process no production. They take Pictures/make videos/offer many words but no actual service of any kind!!! I had a 10:45 appointment for an oil leak at 4:00 they had not even started. When I told them I wanted my keys I'm leaving I was asked if I wanted the car washed! I couldn't even speak. Anyway, there was way more insanity to this visit but suffice it to say I'm done with Bob King Kia Service Center!!! By the way this was not my first experience like this!

I received the best customer services from Yudit for

I received the best customer services from Yudit for couple of week. I will continue to come Bobking Kia for service on my car. She always gave me up-to-date in reference to my car, she always returned my calls. She's a great listener. She's not a rood customer service, She's is very friendly, focused and flexible. She doesn't rush into any decisions. She checks with her supervisor when she is not sure of something. She is calm and friendly.

I just want to say that Bob King Kia in Winston-Salem was

I just want to say that Bob King Kia in Winston-Salem was awesome! My service associate her name was Yudit she was awesome she messaged me back every time I messaged her very quickly then when I came on Saturday to talk with the technician about my vehicle I don't remember his name but I will find out the supervisor he was terrific very helpful he found my problem right away and just the whole system there was really great cuz it's always stressful when you drop your car off and they were really awesome about giving you updates about your vehicle they even sent me a video so I don't know about the people that did put a bad review but I had a great experience myself ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š I think sometimes people just want to get their car back as soon as possible and sometimes that's not possible because you have to order the parts for the car and sometimes the parts don't get there so sometimes you just need patience and patience does go a long way.

Dealership suffers from greed and poor work ethic.

What was esentially an oil change took five and a half hours and $250. This dealership is an insult to Kia, which makes an incredibly good product.

Shadiest Service Department I've Ever Encountered

The service department at this dealership is unethical, and I say that as a customer of four years who's purchased two vehicles from them and had all my maintenance carried out by them. WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK. They will definitely try to pull a fast one on you by overcharging, ignoring warranty coverage, or flagging parts or systems as in "critical" need of repair when they are not. I've caught them doing it several times. Most recently, at a routine oil change and tire rotation appointment, they tried to tell me two filters were in critical need of replacement. Just one problem โ€“ both were nearly new, had been replaced by them just a few weeks prior, and I had barely driven my car since that time. Not only that, they send you a video of their inspection of your vehicle while you're in the waiting room and had held them up and shown how clean they were in the video. When I asked my advisor how they magically got into the critical repair zone while sitting in their garage bay for ten minutes, her explanation was that the person who first inspected and videotaped it was "an apprentice" who wasn't as experienced as the mechanic recommending replacement. What she should have said, if she were honest, was that the first guy wasn't inexperienced or incompetent, just new to their game. The types of things I've experienced happen so often and in the same manner it has to be intentional and their standard way of operating.

Possible scam attempt.

Took my Kia Soul in for a bad sensor. They also gave me a courtesy inspection of my vehicle and gave me a list of things that need to be serviced or repaired. My automatic transmission needed servicing, My car has a MANUAL TRANSMISSION?! I question whether anyone really inspected the car. If someone inspected it, he/she was incompetent.

Sorento PHEV

Overall, this was not a bad experience. There were a few bumps in the road, but some of that it to be expected when buying a new car. I would use my salesperson again in the future.
