This was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. I found the car I liked online, when I arrived I was welcomed promptly and was connected with a salesman within a few minutes. They took their time with me, making sure all my questions were answered. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable of the vehicles and is personable, makes you feel like you are a person and not a number, be sure to ask for Cale. He is honest, straight forward, and extremely helpful when it comes to any part of the experience. They guy literally cleaned up my car when it was nasty and freezing outside. We were warmly greeted upon entry by Steve in the used car dept. He asked what we were looking for and quickly accommodated our specific needs. We took a test drive in the vehicle we asked for, and came back to start the paper work. He patiently explained everything to us laying out all of our options in a timely manner. We were escorted to financing where we met Matt another patient and helpful gentleman. He also explained everything to us making us feel very comfortable with our choice of car, financing, and warranty.

My salesman was John Campbell, who bought several vehicles from the dealership before retiring from his profession of many years and then going to work at this dealership. He went to work here because of how well he had been treated as a buyer---he wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. I appreciate people who believe in a company like he does, and have a passion for quality service. I understand why John feels this way, after experiencing his professional salesmanship and the Chris Nikel difference. It's refreshing not to haggle over a sale, get a good deal, and not have to pay all kinds of processing fees, etc.I appreciate Matt working with me also. On a cash deal, you pay the price quoted for the vehicle and you are good to go. It was well worth the time and distance for me to go to Broken Arrow for my truck. I understand now why this dealership is rated so highly.

I was really nervous about getting a new car when I came to Chris Nikel. Cale Kirtley was helping me and I wasn't really sure what I wanted. He gave me lots of options and I didn't feel pressured to buy. We test drove my first choice and Cale started by showing me the brakes and suspension and then I got to drive and I fell in love. After I was done with Cale he sent me to see Bill Lee in finance to pay for my car. He was very nice and made it painless. When I came out Cale was waiting to pick me up in my new car!
