Great overall experience!these people are knowledgeable,friendly and very service oriented-they were totally prepared and trained in every aspect of the sale and gave me alternatives that I hadn't thought of-I will be a repeat customer!

Smooth and relaxed

A great buying experience.

I pelted our salesman with questions, and he was eager to point me to the car I was looking for. I had specific needs in a new car, and he could match the model with what I needed. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They followed up and made sure we were happy with what we getting.

Professional staff

Tony Posey was professional in his approach to getting us the car and features that we wanted. I really feel that making us happy was his goal throughout the purchase process. Craven and Isaiah were the same way. Their friendliness and commitment to our satisfaction were evident.

Service was great, fast, and friendly. Couldn't ask for better. I was in and out in 30mins and they had free coffee and snacks avaliable.

Excellent

I bought my first car through Crenshaw Hyundai a couple years ago, and was so pleased. I traded my car in about a week ago, and decided that I wouldn't go anywhere else. Yet again, a very happy customer and great experience. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable.

Always great.

On my second vehicle. Everyone is always professional and go the extra mile. They even bought my car to my dior step. They also came back and got the car I traded in.

Horrible

I spent 6 1/2 hours in the dealership was given one price for a car signed all the paper work then I was told there was an issue but all I needed to do was have my boyfriend cosign for me and it would make my rates drop. I had to call out of work for Friday night because of how long everything took. Left the dealership Friday night in dealer tags came back in early Saturday before I had to go into work. My rates had been jacked up not lowered I'm no longer the buyer only the co signer and I felt I had no option but to sign the contract I literally had 10 minutes to be at work and that was my transportation. I expressed the entire time of signing the title how I wasn't satisfied at all actually very mad. Tried to return the vehicle Sunday but the dealership isn't open on Sunday's so Monday morning I went back to Crenshaw Hyundai and told them I didn't want the car. It was unfair to tell me my price would drop and it actually went up. I had no other choice but to sign Saturday or I wouldn't have a ride to work. I had already called out Friday night due to the dealership taking so long. I honestly feel like the dealership was only looking out for itself not having one concern about the customer and how I was being treated. I will never buy anything from that dealership again. Honestly makes me want to never buy a car again from anyone
