Replaced my defective battery under warranty without any Problems.
I was totally freaked out as my screen was totally blank. Called Scott at Ray Varner service department on Monday. He had me bring for service on Tuesday.... My vehicle is still under warranty and there was no charge. My screen is working perfectly. Everyone from Ray Varner to his service technicians are extermly respectfully and knowledgable. I have purchase three vehicles and when I need a new vehicle, I will always go to this dealership! I have recommended to two of my sisters and they have both bought from Ray Varner!
I recently moved to the Clinton area and was looking for a service center for my two vehicles, neither of which are Fords. I was directed to try Ray Varner... Ford's service center and have been very pleased with the quality of work and customer service! Their price is also competitive with the big chains and their free reward program is a great way to save money as well. I would definitely recommend their service shop to anyone!
