Air bag recall.

Other than some greasy fingerprints I had to clean off, the overall experience was good. The time required was correct and the dealership has a clean, well appointed waiting room.

Overall - good experience. My only suggestion is to either walk the customer to their parked car or drive it up to the door. I was told by the service advisor that it was to the right and down about 10 cars. I don't want to be responsible for accidentally hitting a new vehicle or someone else's vehicle in the parking lot. The service advisor should have pulled my car up to the front door for me.

Lewis rocks

Sales staff was best ive ever worked with. No pressure to buy and helped me find truck that would pull my new heavy camper. Freddy delivered on everything we talked about.

Chrysler Town & Country

Initial car repair seemed good, but failed 3 days later while I was 200 miles from home. Required tow & additional 3 day stay to have repaired at another Chrysler dealer. However, after 2nd repair, 1st dealer (Lewis), id reimburse for all labor & towing.

Lewis CDJR of Fayetteville is Profesional Grade!!

Matt & Steve did what it took to get our daughter in her new Challenger R/T. Only took about 2 hours start to finish. We checked out other dealerships as always but came back to Lewis just like last time. Thanks again!
