Everyone from James in the service department, Kareem in sales and Bob in financing was very friendly and helpful. There was always someone to answer my questions, get updates on my car being serviced and help for the new vehicle I purchased. The communication between everyone was fluid and attentive.

The service was the worst I have ever had., they had my car for almost 3 weeks to fix the AC. I bought the 2nd GV80 in Tulsa Oklahoma. I will never buy another one and will not recommend one to friends. If you don’t think it’s true,just look up the record on the car. Nothing but problems . I am sure I will never get a response to this email, goodbyeI, will go Back to BMW.

We were greeted by a very friendly sales person named Kaci Pierce, who was very patient and answered our hundred questions. The finance man worked hard to get the payments down to where we felt we could pay them.
