Brought my 2019 300 in for a routine oil change and tire

Brought my 2019 300 in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Just after 3 I received a message that changing the rear axle fluid was also recommended. As I had limited time remaining, the outstanding Frank Bernabe made it happen in the next hour. Overall, another great experience handled very professionally.

A very nice dealership with a good selection of vehicles.

A very nice dealership with a good selection of vehicles. The general manager and salesman were great. I was able to purchase the vehicle online and communicate directly with the salesman. I would have written the dealership five stars except for there are Financial Manager. He failed to do his job on multiple occasions even though I was already pre-approved for my loan with another company. I also transferred $17,000 as a down payment within 24 hours from my personal checking. I had to get the general manager of all twice because the Financial Manager did not follow up with me or with my financial institution. Therefore it took 5 days for me to get the vehicle. Again, thank you general manager and salesman that made that part of the purchase easy.

A great service department.

A great service department. We were 3 hours from home and needing immediate assistance. The service department was very helpful and friendly and had us back on the road in just a few hours.
