Not happy with the fact that when I showed another dealerships advertised price the finance manager wouldn't match. It was for the same make, model, and trim, only a different color. Also not happy that Finance manager did not have a zero dollar deductible warranty available to sell. Product offering (Warranty) is not in line with the premium product you are selling. Also not happy with warranty price. I have never paid such a high price for a warranty that carries a deductible. Felt like the warranty, warranty price, and unwillingness to match a competitor's advertised price was unbecoming of a premium automobile dealership. My only complaints are with the finance manager!!!

Easy to work with
Found the truck I wanted online. The buying process was pretty laid back and easy. The only complaint I have is how long it took for the entire process. Everyone was really nice and friendly, just took quite a while to get all of the paperwork completed and get me out the door.

poor service
I requested info on a vehicle off of their website that was for sale they did not call me back I called the next day and they did not have any info on the vehicle told they would call me back 5 hours later still no call I called back they said the vehicle is not for sale it's an auction vehicle could not give me a reason why or a price
