Pleasant and professional is how I would describe my visit to Lewis Ford. I went in for a recall on my side mirrors.

Very positive experience with Springdale Ford. Sales person was able to answer all my questions about purchasing a new vehicle from then. She was able to work a program where I was able to purchase a truck from them.

Took my truck in and specifically told them to check my A/C drip line, looks like it's missing a part because it drips on the hot pipe coming out of the headers causing stream and my Blower brings it into the cabin. I got charged for over $200 for them to look into it and not fix or address the problem. They went on a wild rabbit hole telling me I got oil leaks and I'm going to need 6 different types of seals and it was going to cost me 6 grand. Like xxx it's an old truck. I know what it needs I didn't tell you to look into that. I told you to look into my A/C condensate drip line. Come to find out there is a missing elbow. I think I need a refund. Going to bring it up to management
