My new Escape’s front camera needed service.

My new Escape’s front camera needed service. Springdale Ford came to my house, picked the car up, and took it to the shop. A part had to be ordered so we expected the repair to be done by the next day, which it was, then the car had to be driven on a clear day to calibrate the camera. I guess that SF can’t be held accountable for the 6-8” of snow that we received which kept us from having a clear day that week. Anyway, I was pleased with their service.

Had to have a major repair due to rodents !

Had to have a major repair due to rodents ! They kept me informed on all parts and time . Got it back and it runs great . Very pleased

Best car buying experience I believe I have ever had.

Best car buying experience I believe I have ever had. No run around, no hassle, clear deal information, lowest dealer fee, and just good people throughout the process. Brandon, Landon and Scott were the best! No high pressure nonsense all the way through the deal and finance. A real small town buying experience with people who value relationships. Buy your next Ford at Springdale Ford!

I purchased a 2023 F-150 Platinum from them.

I purchased a 2023 F-150 Platinum from them. I wrote them a check for the full amount. Sent text to my broker to assure the funds were in that account. He was on vacation and did not get it. The check bounced. I had them contact him, but he could not write the check for me. I took a check to them (30-mile drive) after it was said to be okey, but because of "policy" regarding running a check through again they would not take it even though the local broker confirmed it was good. So, a transfer was arranged with my broker. Unfortunately, Ford messed it up by overstating the amount by about $1000.00. It was weeks and several contacts before before receiving the money back from them. Also, after near the deadline for tagging the pickup they had yet to send the paperwork. I warned them if I had to pay the taxes on the difference in price of it and the one I sold, I would sue them for it. That got their attention and they did get it to me in time. Others I know have had problem with them.

Fast friendly service, had routine maintenance done and was in and out in very little time, car was handled with care, price was very reasonable. Will definitely return for my mustangs maintenance.

Down to earth service at a Big Three Dealership

Nothing fancy but personable honest service geared towards resolving the customer’s issues. Set up an appointment and they adhered to it and had me out of there within 1 hour. Always appreciate that.
