Our experience buying a new vehicle from Bates Ford was

Our experience buying a new vehicle from Bates Ford was great! Our salesman, Zach, treated us with the utmost respect. He made the car buying experience easy. We believe he gave us the best deal possible. The entire team worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted. Nathan, Barry and the manager were extremely helpful and friendly. We love our new Explorer and will definitely return to Bates Ford. Our experience with Bates was far better than the other dealerships we visited.

Jay is an absolute gentleman.

Jay is an absolute gentleman. He continued to help me after the sale of the vehicle I bought. I needed additional paperwork on my car. He was always quick to respond, courteous and helpful. One of the best salesmen I’ve dealt with.

Bates always did the maintenance on my 2016 Mustang

Bates always did the maintenance on my 2016 Mustang (Roush). It had a misfire and I took it there. After countless trips, I was told that I needed a new engine (73,000 miles)!!! After spending another $8,000 for a new engine (they credited me for the prior repair work), I was thinking it was good. After taking it back a couple more times for the same problem, I was told by Paul that the mechanic said it needed to be tested by a Roush dealer for a "code". I then drove it to Reddick/Brown Ford in Morrison, TN. It was determined to be the cold air intake the whole time. So, this part was taken off the original engine and put on the new engine. I did NOT need an engine replacement!!!!! I am very upset and will never step foot back in that dealership. If you are smart, take your vehicle somewhere else.
