Very attentive to your needs.

Very attentive to your needs. Showroom is very comfortable and the staff is very helpful if you have questions. The salesman that assisted me with my purchase was courteous and knowledgeable.

My experience at Bates Ford was great . The people at the dealership were. Gus our sales representative was great. He sold us on a new Ford Maverick. It is a good riding truck driving truck. Thank you Robert Johns

Got a good deal, great trade offer.

Got a good deal, great trade offer. I have purchased 5 Truck and cars over the years from Bates. Ronnie Kelly has always taken good care of my family.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership and their

Extremely disappointed with this dealership and their unethical treatment of a Disabled Vietnam veteran. My 83 year old father, who has dementia and cannot walk without the assistance of a walker or a cane contacted Wes to help with the purchase of a brand new 2024 maverick pick up truck. Unbeknownst to my sister, myself and my father‘s wife, Wes drove to Clarksville Tennessee from the dealership picked up my father drove him to Lebanon to purchase the vehicle, ,test drove it for my father and drove him back to Clarksville with his brand new $35,000+ dollar truck. The fact that no red flags went off for Wes or anyone in management is disgraceful. This is borderline elder abuse, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an 83 year old Vietnam veteran with dementia and barely able to walk.

Nice new dealership with a large variety of vehicles to

Nice new dealership with a large variety of vehicles to choose from both new and used. Very friendly and helpful employees who are ready to answer your questions and give you advice and figure out a way to get you into the vehicle you want or a vehicle that suits you best! Funny saying about we'll take anything that don't eat! Makes me think of old time car dealer ads from long ago on the radio and television. I enjoy the help that Billy, Nathan, and Cory gave my Wife and I in order to get her into her new mini- SUV dream Ford Escape ST car in a pleasing Blue Vapor Metallic color with great features and great Gas Mileage too! This dealership is horrible. Salesman Martinez cheated my daughter. I would go elsewhere. Dealing with uncaring salesman is wrong!
