Clay Maxey Ford

In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.

Dropped my car off for Transmission repairs and it was done in 4 hours. Customer Service Department communicated with me the entire time and on top of that my car was clean as a whistle when I picked it up. Will buy from them as soon as I need a new vehicle. 5 Star

I called and made an appointment to bring my car in for service the next day. When I got there with the car I was told there was no record of my appointment. But they would 'work me in" I waited for almost three hours for an oil change and service. When I drove out my car was running very rough and making a strange noise. I circled around to the entry and told the service man something was wrong. I then waited another hour. I was told they forgot to hook up one hose and it was now fixed. My husband later drove the car and said it was not running right. He looked and found the air cleaner was not clipped down and the top was not put on securely. I have not been back there for service nor will I go there again.

After sharing a car for almost a year (with two kids), my fiance and I were in desperate need of a vehicle with not a lot of money. We ended up going to Clay Maxey, and from start to finish they worked with us! They treated us just as important as people who were looking at $60,000 vehicles. We were in Harrison visiting Dr.Jeff and Linda Dunaway for the Memorial week-end We have a 2014 Edge loaded we LOVE it ? This is the second vehicle we purchased from Clay Maxey and we are more than satisfied! We purchased both thru salesman Stacy King and he always returned calls if he wasn't available to talk to. We returned for the second purchase because we were so satisfied with the way we were treated the first time. Stacy went above and beyond to get us the best deal and was good to his word. As a company, I was impressed that they treat each person just as important as the next whether you are there for a brand new one or used. They don't act like they already have a buyer for each car, they treat you as if they have a car for each buyer. If they don't have what you are looking for they will find it for you. They deal bottom dollar and take each offer seriously, so there isn't a lot of price haggling. That's important to us. We've also used their service department (oil changes, tire rotation, minor fixes) and they are very friendly, affordable and thorough. Great addition to the Harrison area!!

I purchased car a from Hudsbeth years ago, was not happy, so when i decided to trade up I went somewhere else, I was shot down unless I had a down payment. I went to Clay Maxey just to look, Stacy King came right up to me and even after I told him I was shot down at another lot he wanted to see what he could do. Well he did an awesome job, I left with something better than what I expected. Process was easy. Very very happy. I think when buying a car you have to have a good salesman, and I had the best. Stacy King was fun to deal with, and has helped me even after buying which I think is great. He didn't just push me aside after his job was done, he is still making sure I am happy and I think that is awesome. They'll definitely get my business when I am ready to trade up again. Clay has definitely made this a much better place.
