Dealership was not good about getting back to me when the

Dealership was not good about getting back to me when the part was received to schedule a appointment, I had to call them the work was good and on time , I elected to get a oil change done with out asking what they charge that was 120 bucks , more than what I would pay for an oil change. Other than that was a good experience .

Me son and daughter in law went to this dealership to

Me son and daughter in law went to this dealership to purchase a car in July. After going back and forth a bit we finally agreed to a price. We were doing our own financing from our bank. It took 2.5 hrs to get a bill of sale to take to our bank to get a check. After we returned with the check it took another 1.5 to do the final paperwork. We had a we owe to be done to the car that still has not been fixed. They kept telling us they couldn’t find the part. So we took upon ourselves and called a local dealership and behold they keep that part in stock. Amazing when you do the work yourself. After we call and let them know thaty this dealership has the part in stock. They have now agreed to get the part. Now they are telling us it will take 5 hours to do the job. We asked the local dealership how long it should take and they are telling two hours max. Once we get this part fixed we will never come back to this dealership. I would not recommend them for anything at all. I’ve sold cars before for over 8 years and it has never taken me more than 30days to get a part. They should be ashamed of themselves for this type of service.

The salesman was the best. Going to the finance manager is usually a nightmare but it wasn't and left dealership very satisfied.Tim and especially chis made this the best car buying experience i ever had

I was passed on to Dewayne since it was an online

I was passed on to Dewayne since it was an online purchase. He was extremely nice and very helpful. Although he did do the moderate pressure deal, “someone else is looking at your car but we will honor your interest first”. Other than that sales ploy he was terrific! The deal is ongoing. I live in Louisiana and plan on driving. My trade there in a couple of days and picking up my new baby! About 6hrs and 45min from home.
