They have always done a good job. But this time I asked for tire rotation they said I didn’t need one. I don’t remember asking if I needed one I ask for a rotation. May have to find a different dealer next time.

I really didn’t have a good experience with this
I really didn’t have a good experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento on 12/23/2022 0 down payment , I drove off the lot and didn’t have the car for 24Hrs , on 12/24/2022 the car was smoking I reached out to the dealership and let them know what took place was told to bring the car in that following Monday to get looked at by service, not even 10 minutes later after speaking with Kia the car catches on fire while I am driving with my two small children in the car , Thank God we were not hurt. I reached back out to the dealership to let them know what took place and was told to file a claim with my insurance company which I did but the claim was later dropped due to Kia taking full responsibility for the car . I was told to come back in so I can be assisted with getting a new car , I came back in a few days later just to have my time wasted . Management was not on the same page , I was told that I could get a better car than what was offered to me before but every car I was offered was either already sold or I was told is out of my price range. I sat in the dealership for three hours with both of my children, took a Uber to get to Kia just to leave once again without a car. No compassion, no one reached back out to me to even follow up regarding that last visit. I honestly thought the customer service would have been better due to the circumstance of what took place prior but it wasn’t .
It was my second time taking my vehicle in for service. They were awesome! Maggie made herself available if needed. This,by the way, is my second vehicle with them. Hopefully, not my last. They took my vehicle in and returned it washed . That was so cool! Set my dashboard settings the way I like them. With service like this, why go anywhere else?

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased at this dealership. This time we had the pleasure of working with Virgil Avery. Virgil was awesome, pleasant and patient to work with us to find the right vehicle. We are very satisfied with our purchase. We were not there long. I have always had good service when I come here. This time I’d had to have my KIA Soul towed in because of a flashing engine light malfunction. Fortunately, they were able to fix the issue quickly and had a faster turn around than originally told. As I live alone and had some up and coming medical appointments, getting my car back faster than anticipated me very happy.

Alter our Bill of Sale after the deal was completed!
Alter our Bill of Sale after the deal was completed! In error the bank sent $500 to much to them, that $500 was to purchase my Gap insurance through the bank, once the bank realized it they called rivegate kia to tell them an ask for the money back. However, instead Rivergate Kia decided to change our Bill of Sale adding some kind of $500 extra sent the new bill of sale to the bank and kept our money! (Like the bank wasn’t going to call us when they received a total different bill of sale from the original one. When I called the finance manager he wanted to deny it and say I agreed to that till I told him I have the original bill of sale and know he alter this legal document and that was illegal. At that point he said he would cut me a check and put it in the mail. Well here we are three weeks later no check call him today again and he try jerking me around again asking for my bank information so he can wire me the money, yeah right like I am going to give the person who forged a legal document and stole $500 from me my bank information! So again today he said he was putting my check in the mail, well I hope so because my lawyer is the next phone call alone with the police to report for theft of $500 and forging a legal document! Oh not to mention my husband and mine credit was ran without our permission and we told them from the beginning we were not financing through them, something else that was illegally done! This really saddens me because our salesman was great! Would be great to talk to the owner or the general manager but every time I ask for that person I get shutdown or should say hung up on!
