Great experience with getting my car serviced last week

Great experience with getting my car serviced last week at Greenway KIA in Madison, TN. Got my oil changed and tires rotated in less that 2 hours. They even washed my car! Thanks.

Given it was my first time buying a new car, Greenway Kia

Given it was my first time buying a new car, Greenway Kia of Rivergate did a wonderful job simplifying the process and getting me the car I was looking for. Dameion and Ulysses showed the utmost customer care so definitely request one of them if you’re looking for a nice experience. The actual price negotiation was also a pleasant time and we easily worked together to find a price I was happy with while still maintaining all the amenities in the vehicle I was looking for. I would absolutely suggest this dealership if you’re looking for your next car.

Their service department sucks!!!! Once you’re there you wait forever and you’re never updated about service. Don’t even bother calling for appointment, no one ever answers the phone.

It was a completely different and positive experience I had at Greenway Kia of Rivergate. Every employee at this particular location were very professional with superb customer service. Unlike the horrible experience & poor customer services that I have encountered when I have visited Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow several times. Employees of Greenway Kia of Rivergate surprisingly I found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable about their work, and more importantly very professional!!!:) I am so glad I came to this particular location instead of going to the same xxxxty Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow place as I used to do whenever I need to get my car checked. Thank you Greenway Kia of Rivergate 🙏🏾

My 2025 vision was to buy me a new car but rather later

My 2025 vision was to buy me a new car but rather later than sooner! Unfortunately, during the snowstorm in Nashville two weeks ago, my poor 2012 Rave 4 finally called it quits. The damages that occurred would cost me $5,000 to repair. It was a hard decision because I have not had car payments for over seven years and love it! But God said, "You envision, and I will deliver." On Sunday, March 2nd, my husband and I went to Greenway Kia and met the excellent Virgil Avery II! The night before going to the dealership, I built my dream car online, and Virgil went directly to my dream car with no further questions asked. I looked at my husband and said, "This is it!" See what my husband and Virgil did not know: I asked God's permission to bless me with my dream car with no issues! Let's say I am the proud owner of my 2025 fully loaded K5 white pearl with red leather seats, a grown woman-approved vehicle! Thank you again, Virgil, for your honesty and outstanding and one-of-a-kind customer service! I will return to purchase a car for our son and recommend Greenway Kia to our friends! Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Steele aka (Couple that moved from Miami). 😊
