I have owned quite a few Ford vehicles and have always used Hall Ford Elizabeth City. I would like to personally say thank you to Braxton Epps such a sweet and easy salesman to deal with. Everyone else is just as nice and easy to work with.

Great service but a little lengthy on the financial side

Great service but a little lengthy on the financial side of the sale and the salesman were great. They knew their job they were the best part of the purchase.

Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Not only did they answer all my questions, but they also were so fast and even helped me transfer all my belongings from my old car to my new car! Thank you all so much!

Very disappointed with the car I bought and the service I

Very disappointed with the car I bought and the service I have received no one can tell me when or what day my car will be fixed they have had my car 3 weeks never let me know anything about what was going on until I went by and talk to Mr David and even he can't tell me anything about my car .yea they gave me a loner to drive which is great but I also told them I am not paying for the loner I am paying for the car I bought drove one day and transmission has to be replaced on a car they Don't even make anymore .I have even ask to put me in another vehicle but I was told that it does not work that way so somebody needs to step up and let me know something

The only place to but a Ford

Best truck buying experience ever! Friendly and not pushy. HONEST!!! Great competitive trade in price. I am beyond happy with my experience. Came from Richmond. It was worth it.

Happy Customer as Usual

This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from Hall Ford. Never experienced high pressure sales or pushed to purchase something we don't want. Not pushy or rushed to make a decision. Answers all of our questions and concerns.

Overall, a good purchase. Still waiting on the Service gal to call (over a week & a half) to get the ford main code to re-set keypad entry & a walk through of features.

The dealership gives a 7 day or 500 mile return policy

The dealership gives a 7 day or 500 mile return policy but don't be over that 500 miles even by a little or they don't want to help. They will work up another deal for you taking the vehicle back as a trade but allowing you let's say $2600 less than you just paid 5 days prior. So basically I would not recommend Hall Ford sales (Manager anyway). No there service department as been great to work with on our family other vehicles.

I’ll never take my vehicle there.

I got a letter saying I had a recall on a transmission part, for my 2017 Ford Escape, called them and they asked if I was having any issues, I told them no and they told me they wouldn’t do it unless there was an issue. My dad called about his 2013, with same recall. They scheduled it for him and replaced the part. He wasn’t having issues either. Last week my dad had an appt that they quoted him 3 hours for. We dropped it off at 8:15. At 2:15, he called and they said it would be ready at 4:30. Never received a call. After he picked it up, brakes were scrubbing and drivers side caliper, popped when it engaged. He made an appt for today at 130, we dropped it off, it’s now 630 and we haven’t heard a word. (Tried to call, they’re closed) It’s bad enough the prices they charge, but no communication sucks! My dad is 90 years old. Please do better!
