It was an amazing experience; staff assisted with all questions and concerns. There was no hassle to buy to this but instead given incentives to purchase a vehicle with the quality care that you are provided.

This is the 8th Ford I have purchased and the 2nd from Hall Ford. This by far was the simplest purchase process yet. I came in and test drive a F150 similar to one that I had built online. Once this test drive was over I went home and did some more research then emailed my salesman, David Camper, my selections for my build. He went onto his system and built/ordered the truck and then kept me in the loop as to its progress. Once a delivery date was confirmed I arranged financing through my own bank online. I arrived at the dealership on delivery day and drove off the lot an hour later. Dave even arranged for me to have some recall work done on my 2022 Explorer while we completed the buying process. Easy Peasy.

Great service but a little lengthy on the financial side of the sale and the salesman were great. They knew their job they were the best part of the purchase.

Very disappointed with the car I bought and the service I have received no one can tell me when or what day my car will be fixed they have had my car 3 weeks never let me know anything about what was going on until I went by and talk to Mr David and even he can't tell me anything about my car .yea they gave me a loner to drive which is great but I also told them I am not paying for the loner I am paying for the car I bought drove one day and transmission has to be replaced on a car they Don't even make anymore .I have even ask to put me in another vehicle but I was told that it does not work that way so somebody needs to step up and let me know something
