    We were fortunate to have Josh help us finalize the deal. Josh is a true professional and is a no pressure kind of guy. He wants to make sure you are informed... of all your finance options and explains the optional extended warranty for you in an easy to understand way. He answered all of our questions and we were made to feel a part of the MD Ford family. I hope I get this guy on our next purchase. We both really liked his accuracy and speed to help us get on with our day. We purchased the extended warranty to peace of mind. I firmly believe if you have insurance you will rarely use it but if you don't you are always worried about something going wrong. Todays vehicles have so many electronics in them it is almost a given that the odds are high that something could happen. Why chance it? Go for the peace of mind.....no worries

    John and the service team provide excellent service every time I need anything but sometimes what defines great service is actions to correct a mistake... which after two years of no mistakes, one was finally made. Owning a mistake and making things right when something happens is exactly what I experienced the last week when my truck was being serviced. John and his team took it very serious even after I told them it was not a big deal. People are not perfect, even those who specialize in what they do. Teams that step up when a problem happens is what gives me even more confidence in who I trust with my needs. Thanks also to Tracy for taking care of my transportation needs while my truck was being serviced. I cant wait to give 5 stars to the state of the art building and facility that is under construction!

    She took care of me when I was there for a recall issue! She got me into a rental car for the weekend and after I told her about an issue I had with service... the last time I was there she made sure that I was a satisfied customer when I left ! She was very nice and helpful...you need to keep people like her around!! She knows how to treat her customers!!!

    One day I walked in to Ford showroom and meet Taylor on my way then she really showed me what I wanted, also took me for test ride explained me very well... about all the feature and gave me good deal for trade-in. Couple hours later rode back with new car.

    Taylor's excellent customer service began the moment I arrived at McLarty Daniel Ford. I explained to him what I wanted in a vehicle as he jotted down... some notes, then I asked to get in touch with me if he was able to find something that met my criteria. He called me a short time later with two options, and one was exactly what I wanted. The following day, Taylor came to the dealership on his day off to help me. The buying process was easy and I felt like Taylor and his coworkers were respectful of my time. I highly recommend McLarty Daniel Ford and Taylor Shepherd to anyone in search of their perfect vehicle!
