    Jesse was very helpful, This place was very laid back and easy going like a small town feel in the city, this was my son's first car they spent a lot of time after the sale helping him with the technology like the sync system.

    * Called central appointment office apparently, was told prices for the services I wanted. When I got to the dealer, that price had gone up 50% or more. I left. I wasted half a day and was either given incorrect information or lied to. * While I was there, I mentioned to that the same central office lady about getting my current car appraised. I was told the car was over at the used car section being appraised so my daughter and I waited for 15-20 minutes, only to be told that the car wasn't even looked at. * $200 for a transmission oil change which is simply a drain and fill via an "oil pan like" drain plug? You don't even have to pull the transmission pan like the old days so why so expensive? The filter is not routinely replaced as well according to my research. * Another example. Headlight replacement: dealership $140, Norm the Tire Man: $65, Walmart $20 (+ bulbs). Why $120 more to replace a simple headlight? Granted it's not like the old days where I can reach my hand in there and change the bulb (thanks Ford) but how can Walmart do the same job $120 cheaper? * Had the whole front end replaced because of a TSB. They didn't get it right the first time, had to take it back. Bad enough the car even had such a defect that would require replacing the whole front end. * The last straw was when I was give <name withheld> as our salesperson. We met her over at Kia (and apparently she also worked at Honda, she gets around) and even my wife who loves everyone didn't like her. She's seems to argue every point I mention even in just casual conversation as well as details regarding cars. If I didn't agree with what she said, she would get a dismissive attitude. I didn't do business with Kia dealer because of her and the same goes for any other dealer that hires her.
