Amazing experience!

Amazing experience! The sales rep Chuy Bravo and finance guy Arling Stacey were both helpful. I bought a used GMC Acadia but it's in great shape. This was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. The service was top notch! I received payments I can afford, a reliable vehicle, scheduled maintenance for a time, a full tank of gas, and piece of mind with a lengthy car fax of previous maintenance. I will recommend this dealership to everyone! When I'm ready to buy a new vehicle, I will definitely be back at Nunally Chevrolet in Bentonville, Ar.

After getting in a car accident, they did a great job

After getting in a car accident, they did a great job with getting me the exact car I wanted and in a timely manner. Made the buying process super easy and stress free. I will continue to use Nunnally as my Chevy dealership. They are great!!!

Regular oil change, tire balance and rotation.

Regular oil change, tire balance and rotation. I reported an on-going concern with either a balance issue or an out of round issue with the tires. This has been a prevalent issue with this set of tires since this dealership installed them new (and I finally felt compelled to raise my concern with the dealership). The tires were balanced, as I requested, but the feel was not satisfactory to me due to a new noticeable bounce in the steering column and I returned to the dealership. Service did an additional balance test to validate that balance of each of the tires (for which they each passed). Driving again I am still concerned that there is an issue with at least one of the tires. Lowering the back windows at highway speed there is a tremendous wuhpwuhpwuhpwuhpwuhp sound (which is very painful to the ears) and, as I mentioned, I can now feel the bounce in the steering column (after the rotation, so the problem moved from rear to front). Again, I purchased these Goodyear tires at this dealership (I only buy Chevrolet and I only buy Goodyear). I am now absolutely convinced these tires should be prorated out and a new set of tires put on. This is what I requested before they did the second balance test. And still the problem remains. I am satisfied overall with the WORK that was done and this is my trusted dealer for service, period. Working on this problem I understand what the technicians did (and why) to troubleshoot the tire problem. Nonetheless, I feel the work that was done fell short in solving my concern as the problem with these tires remains. And for that I am, most regrettably, not completely satisfied.

Saw some poor reviews of this place but decided to try it

Saw some poor reviews of this place but decided to try it out anyways. Was met with, what I can comfortably say, was the worst salesman I have ever come across. His name is Michael Butler. He has absolutely no business being in sales. He was very aggressive the whole time and made my wife and I extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend another dealership, at least until Michael Butler is gone..

Worked with a salesman named MICHAEL BUTLER. Seemed very nice and understanding at first but as soon as I indicated that I was not ready to buy the car that same day, he told me I was wasting his time and what am I doing there. I got up to shake his hand and he proceeded to squeeze very hard and pulled my hand in. I felt very physically threatened while management did absolutely nothing. Would absolutely recommend taking your business to another Chevy dealer. Stay away from MICHAEL BUTLER AT GEORGE NUNALLY CHEVY.
