    I brought my car in because I was having trouble with the phone syncing. Asked to speak to the technician before any repairs were done. they did the

    m without letting b=me talk to the technician and charged me 144.45 and told me I could have done it myself. Called several times to talk to the Manager. When er finally talked he told be he worked at 5 dealerships so he is busy. Jerry the Manager said he would get back to me. That was on March 7th and I am still waiting. Never again. Will buy my cars elsewhere too.
