White Ford is an excellent dealership to do business with. Our buying experience was great as they were easy to work with and extremely fair with their pricing. We drove over an hour and a half to do business with White Ford and happy that we did.

Wasn't happy when I bought my new factory ordered from

Wasn't happy when I bought my new factory ordered from them and it took a week to find out why seats wouldn't work. Now years later, service department kept car for 3 days , couldn't find intermittent problem ( understandable) and DID NOT fix door lock that was requested to be fixed during that time.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. I took my vehicle to the dealership for service. I initially went in to get my check engine light checked and issue resolved. They contacted me after a full day diagnostic to inform me that I needed new spark plugs and a fuel injection treatment. The next day, they called and stated that "there are some loose wires (unknown wire name/type, never stated or confirmed) that they will repair "at no cost"". Weird cause we know they don't do anything for free. I had to call them around 4:30 for an update on my vehicle whereas the service lady stated that she was writing me a quote and there was ALOT that needed to be repaired. Long story short, I went to pick up my vehicle and my perfectly running SUV was shaking uncontrollably and would barely switch gears and pick up speed. The check engine light blinking and I barely made it home. I called the service rep Ashley immediately and asked her why my vehicle was no longer running properly, she stated that she did not know but she that she told me that I would need to get those things on the quote she gave me fixed($6000+ quote btw). She said that it could have started happening during the test drive. (A Lie) Frustrated and upset, I found a mechanic shop the very next morning who ensured me that he would get to the problem of what they had did, he found that "wires" had been played with as if someone tried to do something to fix them. He also was sure that my issue had NOTHING to do with any of those things they listed on that quote, but was with the fuel harness (which Ford obviously had been messing around with), he identified and fixed the problem, solved the check engine light, and had my vehicle driving perfectly in less than 24 hours and at a quarter of the cost that White Ford charged me to screw my vehicle up! I thought I was in the best hands by going directly to the dealership, but I was truly screwed over with no apology or accountability. They assumed I would be dumb enough and forced to come back to spend $6000 on issues that were not urgent. Leads me to believe they sabotaged my vehicle just for a repeat customer. When in reality, I was more than willing to return for all of my future service needs until then. I couldn't prove my case, so I just put it in God's hands and left it alone. I hope Ashley and the rest of the crew received whatever commission they needed from that horrible service they provided!

Great dealership with great people

They are scamming me

We bought a 2019 F150. Has a oil consumption problem. They said they fixed it. All they did was change the oil. Said they fixed it. Now they want to charge my after market warranty to fix it again. No. If you didn't fix it right the first time. I think you should be made to fix it again. You just took the money and didn't do nothing. Stay away from White Motors

They are scamming me

F150 Under Favtory Warranty

Took F150 under factory warranty because it had began to smome (34,000 miles). They had truck for a month, always stating that they were waiting for a part (turbo). Could not give answer to when part would be in. Said truck would be OK to drive. Picked up and they said they would call. Over a week and never hears from them. Called and learned that the part had been received several days ago. Bring in Friday morning and we will get to that day they said. Was at work and could not make it by on Friday. Went to shop Saturday morning and WOW....truck in bay tore down and the tech that was working on not there. Over a month for a warrantu repair. Was considering making this delaership the pkace to service my F150 and my wifes brand new Jeep which was purchased from the dealership, but after service and treatment like this.....no way. Would have to offer a big incentive package to get my business now. GET MY TRUCK FIXED AND BACK TO ME AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.

False Advertising

Was interested in a F250 and the price looked great until I spoke to a sales person. You have to qualify for every incentive to get the advertised price. Nobody qualifies for this. This to me is false advertising.

Aweful, never again

I brought my car in because I was having trouble with the phone syncing. Asked to speak to the technician before any repairs were done. they did them without letting b=me talk to the technician and charged me 144.45 and told me I could have done it myself. Called several times to talk to the Manager. When er finally talked he told be he worked at 5 dealerships so he is busy. Jerry the Manager said he would get back to me. That was on March 7th and I am still waiting. Never again. Will buy my cars elsewhere too.

Screws replaced

I had screws replaced on my Camaro. Overall the service was good. I do have some screws that weren't replaced like they were suppose to be and I will be calling to let them know.
