Very good Derek Hairston was a good salesman I will recommend him to my family and friends and that whole buying a car is good if you know what you are looking for

I was honestly so disappointed thought we was going to be

I was honestly so disappointed thought we was going to be approved even with our trade and unfortunately we wasn’t. It really ruined our whole night we drove an hour just to find out way different then what we was told to begin with. I even told them I was scared to drive an hour to be not approved. Unfortunately we got our hopes up. Your credit apparently matters and what you have on your credit as well

Feeling blessed

Unbelievable. I honestly cried ? on the way home in my new Kia Rio. Everyone was so warm and friendly. I want to say thank you.

Foothill Ford disappointed

The radio ad that pulled us in was misleading. Score affects money down and trade. Sales certainly didn't take time to explain features or show other vehicle options. Documents guy was gruff at best and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. They delivered the car (thanks Donna) which was great but follow up with the dealership was difficult with unanswered voice messages and emails.

They really do what they say they can do!

Great customer service. Israel and David were very kind and were just as excited as we were when they said "yes" we can do this. We left the lot in the car we wanted and had a great deal. They really do what they say they can do! It was Krazzzyy!

Great experience

I went to crazy Kevin Powell's not knowing if they could help me. I had a repo and my credit was low. The customer service was phenomenal!!!!! The best experience I have ever had buying a car. They actually cared about the person above the sale. I walked out with a beautiful car at a treat great deal. Thanks so much!!!!!!

Look out

People beware. Tried to purchase vehicle from this dealership for two weeks. Applied on- line and was pre approved for loan. Was told that salesperson would contact me to get price of vehicle I was interested in! Well. That never happened. After a few calls and text messages, it has been 3 weeks and nothing. No calls, text, e-mail, carrier pigeon, smoke signal or any other form of answering me. So I call dealership and guess what? I have yet to speak to anyone other than the receptionist that answers the phone and transfers me to an extension that nobody ever answers or returns your call. They say crazy Kevin Powell!! They mean every syllable of it. Crazy isn’t it???

Foot Hill Ford Is Amazing

I went in with no expectations. I've been told no so many times, but was so ready to buy. The staff there especially Josh and Israel were absolutely amazing, and so easy to work with. They told me YES! I couldn't believe it, I was in tears. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

DECEIVED

I was lied to and deceived by the SERVICE DEPT. I had an Alternator replace on my 2012 ford F-150. i was told what the alternator would cost and was told how much the labor would be to replace it. The labor was 50 dollars more than I was quoted and there a materials fee of 49 dollars added also. When I asked what materials were used all I was told was just different things. They were unable tell me exactly what these materials were. In others words the 49 dollars was just an add on charge. Iwill never go back to FOOTHILL FORD again for anything and I will tell everyone I know how I was treated. Bruce Hedgecock
