I have a 2010 Ford Flex that we have serviced there and have always been satisfied with the service. Staff is courteous and helpful and my service on the Dodge Ram was just as good.

Get there early......
2013 Taurus Limited. I have previously used another Ford dealership in a neighboring city for approximately 20 years. However, due to a job change, I can no longer use that service department as they are not open on Saturday. The Quick Lane at Parker Ford is open on Saturday morning. I went in without an appointment, arriving around 9am, requesting The Works, oil change and tire rotation. There was roughly a 15-20 minute wait at that time. They were extremely busy with it being the Saturday before Thanksgiving week. My car was ready roughly 45 minutes later. By the time I left, there was a two hour wait. With that said, the service writer and service techs were working as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I don't know if there is room for more service tech, but they definitely need to add a second service writer as that is where the bottle neck seemed to occur. Overall a great experience and fully intend to go back.

Great services. Patient & kind sales staff.
We purchased a 2016 C-Max. The dealer was able to get the vehicle from another location, and all went well. Our sales person sat with us and told us about the vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful, especially going over all the electronics inside the car until we understood how everything worked.

As usual Parker Ford was terrific. Dave, Ron, Wendy, Jim, & Eric made us feel like we were family. Our new F-150 is a great replacement for our old F-150. Salesmanship, delivery and the finalization was all top notch. And as usual I will continue to use the services of Quick Lane because the feeling of being family continues there also!!!
