I called to schedule an oil change. I left a message on the voicemail and to my surprise MaKayla called me right back! She worked with my work schedule to fit me in for an oil change and car inspection. Due to my schedule I had to call back and once again she called me right back to assist with my crazy schedule. to reschedule and once again she called me back! Her customer service skills are bananas I could hear her SMILE on both calls! She acknowledged me at the top of the, call she offered me further assistance she went way above and beyond the call of duty! She made my heart glad I even ended the call with a big God bless you only to hear her say it right back. These days it?s so hard to get a blessing from a customer service representative but once again Makayla went above and beyond! I recently lost my grandmother and I appreciate having a kind and happy voice on the other end of the line! Thank you and KUDOS to you for having this Jewel on your team thank you! God bless!
