Great Service As Always

Signed up for my service day & time just last week--never would have happened that soon at another dealer. Had annual inspection and oil/filter service accomplished and was on my way in an hour. Great automotive and customer as always. THANK YOU!!

They did a great job!

They were fantastic! I called in on Friday to make appointment due to check engine light came on. He was very polite. I dropped off the car Sunday night and got a call early Monday morning telling me what the problem was and they had part in route . I was told they didn't have to due the work if I chose to let someone else to do the work.I told them i perfered them to do it. They had my car done in no time.

Happy with Duke

I've always been really happy with Duke. They've treated me well for as long as I've done business with them. I've always been happy with their service (they're very friendly and they get the job done well) and they were also really nice when I initially bought my car with them back in 2012. I'll definitely keep coming to Duke to get my car serviced, and if I ever need to get another vehicle, I'll be looking to them.

New Customer

After Performance Buick Dealership closed at Chesapeake Square, received invitation from Lydia Duke to try her dealership. She also included free and discount coupons for service. Service Adviser Ashley Thompson was courteous, friendly and worked to schedule my maintenance work on Saturday. She provided me with a complete report on the status of my vehicle along with recommendations. The mechanic Matt Trail took time to explain in detail what work needed to be done and answered all my questions regarding maintenance and service of my vehicle. I was really pleased with the work performed and the way that I was treated. I was looking for a dealership that was family owned who treated their customers like family, a dealer that I felt was honest and one that I could trust and feel comfortable with. I have found that dealership at Dukes Automotive in Suffolk, VA.

Great Help

Wasn't able to find the vehicle that I wanted in the inventory so we built one and had it delivered. It looks great. Thanks for the help

Jerry Butler is AMAZING

This is my second purchase from Duke and Jerry. Nothing but praises for him and the staff there. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the deal and even took time to sit down and explain everything in detail. I would recommend anyone who goes to Duke to ask for Jerry!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I WAS SHOPPING CAR #9 FOUND THE PERFECT CAR FOR ME WITHOUT BEING PUSHED INTO BUYING IT, TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE OVERNIGHT TEST DRIVE! FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR. THE REST IS HISTORY I LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE FUTURE

There's No Place Like DUKE!!!

You don't need "Ruby Slippers" at Duke Chevrolet. Once you have experienced the sincere kindness of all involved, you not only feel as if you are wearing those "Ruby Slippers", you have become the focal point of someone whose is important and not just another munchkin who was taken advantage of by a wicked witch or warlock. Yes, you may be a horse of a different color but once you have placed your trust in the Wizard (AKA: salesperson/serviceperson), realization comes to life. They have something of everything at DUKE because "There's No Place Like Home". That home for me is at Duke Chevrolet!!!! No, not a dream but a FANTABULOUS reality. Loivin me some DUKE Chevrolet.

Good Service

Always good service at Duke. How many times do you take a car in for service and have the owner of the dealership stop by the waiting room and thank you for your business. I would bet not many.
