Hall Mazda

You know the feeling. You want a get a new car but you have to mentally prepare yourself for the LONG process of the dealership experience. If you're around long enough you've probably been through this. I'm here to say that my experience at Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach was probably the BEST and QUICKEST experiences of my car buying history. My wife and I drove 8 hours to V.B. to purchase a Miata from Hall Mazda. My sales representative, Dermetris M. worked everything out ahead time for our arrival. The car was waiting for us, we test drove it, my wife loved it and the price and additional costs were exactly as it was explained to us over the phone. We quickly moved to the finance portion with Richard B. Once again, everything was in order and wrapped up in quick fashion. Our temporary is from VA and our tags had to be ordered from our home State. I see some people complaining about time periods and delays. I understand the irritation, but that is out of control of Hall Mazda. I KNOW my home State drags their feet. Richard B. made sure that I could reach out to him for any extension of our temporary registration until my DMV gets their act together. Everything was done and we were out before lunch. We were trying to keep a time schedule to get back home ASAP. Everything went perfectly smooth and that's all you can ask for!

The best staff ever so polite. They also take their time to listen and help. We need more people like them, especially with the way the world is.

First time ever considered purchasing a Mazda. After doing some research and seeing how favorably they compared with the top SUVs on the market, I had to give them a look. I am so glad I chose Hall Mazda to take this look! Trent was a great, informative and attentive salesman and Maury did a wonderful job of getting me the deal I was looking for. Also got a good deal on my trade in! Thanks to all at Hall!

I have leased two Mazdas from this dealership, and recently purchased my first. The staff are welcoming and informative without being pushy. Robert is genuinely friendly, and he found multiple quality choices that would fit into my budget. He and Steve worked with me to keep my monthly payments affordable while still including warranties and weather protection packages. The cars themselves drive very smoothly, as well as being comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I cannot imagine going anywhere else to buy or lease a vehicle, and will definitely be back in the future!

Everyone was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Shout out to Aaron Cochrane(new sales guy) very knowledgeable, received very good training about the cars at MAZDA. The dealership itself was fantastic as well, clean and inviting a sure upgrade from trailer 4 sure. I will be returning to buy an SUV in the near future. Went in to purchase a new Mazda6 after my car died. The attentive and diligent staff took the stress out purchasing a new car. Everyone was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Robert Pena delivered exactly what he said he?d do, if not more. He was responsive off the website inquiry, via text and voice calling. Quick and painless.
