You know the feeling. You want a get a new car but you have to mentally prepare yourself for the LONG process of the dealership experience. If you're around long enough you've probably been through this. I'm here to say that my experience at Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach was probably the BEST and QUICKEST experiences of my car buying history. My wife and I drove 8 hours to V.B. to purchase a Miata from Hall Mazda. My sales representative, Dermetris M. worked everything out ahead time for our arrival. The car was waiting for us, we test drove it, my wife loved it and the price and additional costs were exactly as it was explained to us over the phone. We quickly moved to the finance portion with Richard B. Once again, everything was in order and wrapped up in quick fashion. Our temporary is from VA and our tags had to be ordered from our home State. I see some people complaining about time periods and delays. I understand the irritation, but that is out of control of Hall Mazda. I KNOW my home State drags their feet. Richard B. made sure that I could reach out to him for any extension of our temporary registration until my DMV gets their act together. Everything was done and we were out before lunch. We were trying to keep a time schedule to get back home ASAP. Everything went perfectly smooth and that's all you can ask for!
