Wonderful Experience Overall

Teri Aud was my salesperson, she was kind and courteous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend leaving the big dealers alone and going to see the folks at Pennyrile.

My New 2016 Ford Fusion

I'm so pleased to have decided to purchased an 2015 Ford Escape and most recently we purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. In both instances the car buying process went as smoothly as possible. All the agents and staff at this dealership are true professionals. Mr. Tony Morse worked with me and my wife in every aspect of the car buying process and that made a big difference with our experience. A True Professional Buying Experience

On December 22, 2014, I had the best purchasing experience for an SUV. Mr. Tony Morse is a true professional at what he does at Pennyrile Ford. He explained every facet of the buying process and answered all my questions. The entire staff is awesome. They assisted me with the surprising of my wife with the SUV as a Christmas present. She had no idea that I had purchased an SUV. I thank the staff at Pennyrile Ford for all their assistance during this buying process. Tony, you are the man! God Bless!

Over the TOP Service!

My transmission went out on my 03 Expedition on my way to pick up my husband at the airport. He was on his way home from an overseas trip. I just happen to catch Brian after shop hours to ask for help with my car. He quickly responded by having Enterprise pick me up and went above and beyond to have my car towed. The next day, Mike spoke with me the to deliver the news as to what was wrong and had an estimate in cost and time to have it fixed. The guys worked hard to keep the time line as said and my expenses were below the estimated cost. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Brian was there to greet me and my bill was processed in a timely manner. I HAD THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!! The people at THIS Ford dealership absolutely treat their customers right! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR WELCOME HOME EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE!!!! When I am ready to purchase my new Expedition I will defiantly get it from Pennyrile Ford! Cher Powers

Great Out of State Buying Experience

To Potential Pennyrile Ford Buyers: My long-distance buying experience with Penyrile Ford was awesome! From the moment I called Kayla about the vehicle on their website (via AutoTrader) to the moment Dan picked me up at the Nashville airport, Pennyrile Ford was very friendly and helpful. The information they gave me about my vehicle was "spot on." There were no surprises when I arrived at the dealership. I was treated extremely well, and it was obvious they were people of integrity. I flew out of Oklahoma one morning, picked up my vehicle at Pennyrile Ford, and drove back to Oklahoma all in one day! The entire experience was a breeze.
