Made an appointment with Wes.

Made an appointment with Wes. After several communications we made an appointment for 1130. Drove 90 mins and the truck wasn't on the lot. Wes lied and was rude when we left to go elsewhere.

We purchased a really nice 2021 GMC Acadia

Overall the purchasing of my wife's car went smooth. I did like the salesperson Kindra, I did not like dealing with the closer at the very end, I felt as if I was being pressured by him

Don’t value customers

Inquired about ordering a car twice & was told only 1 salesperson could help me I’ve now 5 days still haven’t been contacted don’t know if they are too busy , don’t care , or profile customers But I’m glad I know now how they value customers before I bought

There is one person contact that handles the ordering of Corvettes. He was at the Corvette Anniversary at the plant. There is not any availability for Corvette orders for at least two years currently. While I do understand that you wish to be contacted, and will be, please not that we always want to take care of our customers. Our hands are tied as to what is able to be ordered through General Motors.

Won?t stand behind the warranty

My car is still under bumper to bumper warranty and because they can?t find a leak when obviously they?re is one they won?t honor it.

Your A/C has been tested and found no leak. You had your vehicle serviced at a different shop previously. As we advised, both sides of the service ports were missing the caps when you brought it to us, as if the system had been worked on before, where they evacuated it for repairs and never re-charged it. We did recharge it and your a/c was operating as designed when you picked it up.
