$1000.00 Rip-off doing contract
I bought a vehicle from these folks and felt like I got a fair deal so I took my son in to buy a car. He made a fair deal and I did the loan for him. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that we got ripped off for $1000 when I signed the contract—the old slight of hand trick where they add something hoping you won’t notice. I won’t ever go back, nor do I recommend buying from Campbell Chevrolet. What’s really sad is that I’m a retired Army combat veteran, so they played up how the dealer’s owner “takes care of veterans.” Well, we see how they”took care” of me. Shame on liars/cheaters, all to make more money.

Warranty work not completed correctly
Took my car to have the emblem replaced once they removed the emblem it caused damaged to the paint. The dealership order the emblem took the car back to them to have the damage fixed when I picked the car up it the paint job was terrible. The paint didn?t match there was a bubble in the paint and it looked like they used sand paper on the paint after they had repair it to each side of the emblem Where there was no damage before the emblem was removed . The car repair wasn?t even looked at before I picked it up to verify it was done correctly

First car shopping experience
I walked in on a whim one day, met John Logan, and drove my lovely 2017 Chevrolet Cruze off the lot. I traded in my previous car and actually got a lot more out of it than expected! There was zero pressure from anyone there, and everyone was so helpful as I purchased my first car by myself. Once the paperwork was signed, I was shown all of the cool extras with my car (incredibly thoroughly). The bonus oil changes, tire rotations, and free car washes are awesome, too! Thank you, folks. I am certainly an ecstatic customer!
